I am very close with my brother's wife and the rest of her family but I have trouble when I try to describe our relationship to other people. Is there a term for the parents and siblings of your sister-in-law? What about her cousins, aunts, and uncles? But we are all related through marriage though right? Please tell me. I know organic milk companies say that they don't add hormones to their milk but what about hormones from pregnant cows. If the milk is still from pregnant cows, won't I still be getting estrogen? Is there any other alternative.

I have had a few things happen to me
when I hit hard times,one time someone gave me a Christmas card with $200 in it
the second time someone left sent me flowers and a gift card for $100....
and I paid that forward, I gave it to a working single mom...

I just got a job offer for a new job but I am wondering if I should leave my current one. I will get better pay and comprable benefits. But I will have to travel about 30 min one way to work. Where I now only travel 15-20 depending on traffic and it is a lot closer to where I live. At my current job it is in a small office with only 4 people. I have requested to have some time off recently for my brothers wedding and it was almost not given to me. At the new job it will be a call-center so lots of people but I wont have any time off for 6 months. I really dont know what to do. Please help!

okay well first someone called my house at like 7:30 but the message was nothing but crackling. then someone called just barely and the message was nothing but crackling on the asner machine, yesteday i called my home phone and left a message and it crackled a little cause i used my cell phone. Am i the only one who thinks that this call n crackle thing is a bit scary? Or am i just paranoid?
