I just got a job offer for a new job but I am wondering if I should leave my current one. I will get better pay and comprable benefits. But I will have to travel about 30 min one way to work. Where I now only travel 15-20 depending on traffic and it is a lot closer to where I live. At my current job it is in a small office with only 4 people. I have requested to have some time off recently for my brothers wedding and it was almost not given to me. At the new job it will be a call-center so lots of people but I wont have any time off for 6 months. I really dont know what to do. Please help!

Talk to your current manager/supervisor and tell them about the offer you are considering. Do not make a choice without talking to them first. Usually, after you talk to them about this, the choice becomes clearer.
