Job centre

The easiest place, is the wrong place for you.

Even if you get into the job easily, why would you even consider working at a fast food place that results in the premature deaths of its clients due to calories, unhealthy fats, and excessive quantities.

May I suggest that you take a long-term view on this question? Find work that makes you happy. If you do not have the skills or experience, find work that will help you move in that direction.

For example, fine art may require that you work for 40 years before you are capable of producing quality stuff. There are many levels of jobs that can help you prepare, including technical illustration.

If your passion is food, find a high-quality restaurant, where you can maybe learn about correct food preparation.

Better yet, if you are between the ages of 16 and 24, join Job Corp. Admission is relatively easy and you can learn a practical trade that will prepare you for a career of your choice. The federally funded program provides food, housing, medical, job training, education, and even a small allowance. It costs you nothing but your time and your willingness to follow basic rules.

Please think carefully about you life direction. Please consider Job Corp if you are eligible.

Perhaps, a better question would be, where can I apply that is always looking for people and offers good job opportunities for raises and promotion?

Believe it or not, McDonalds often does well in the area of promotion, but no so much in raise.

Look around your local fast food places and judge for yourself. Just because a place is a franchise doesn't always mean it's people or level of service are the same in each place.

Some places, like In and Out, start their pay at 8.50-9.00 dollars.

Why easy? If I could be so bold as to make a suggestion. If you intend on working in the food service industry, I would check out your local hospital. They pay well, you could either cook or serve or deliver to patients rooms. There is plenty of room for advancement. You would learn to cook meals according to nutritional facts, which is very valuable information, which in turn could boast your career. Even a cook or helper at a nursing facility:~)
Check back on my answer and I will try and find out what your starting wage should be. Please add to your question what part of the U.S you reside in.
Do something that you can be proud of and advance yourself in the long run

I think call centers are the easiest places to get jobs because they hire and fire so many people all the time.
