My desktop items are now highlighted in blue. I want them to be clear with no backround as before. I looked at other answers about changing the drop shadow, but when I right clicked My Computer, went to the advanced cisual effects and looked at drop shoadow, it was checked. I tried checking it and unchecking it a couple of times, but nothing happened. I'm using Windows XP, if you didn't know.

OK. I am doing volleyball. I don't know why I get so nervous before each practice, but then when I get into it, I LOVE IT!! What can I do to ease my nervousness and that will help me to think more positive about myself? Since I can't really get a overhand serve over, I think I am bad at volleyball and such. What tips do you have for me to get over my nervousness and think more positive? I know positive thinking will help you become better at everything you do if you "Think you can". So please give me some tips. NO RUDE ANSWERS!!!!

My cousin keeps on getting her friends to ganging up on me, and that's all over family related buisness, she calls me a whore, when she's the one that wears see thru shirts! It isnt fair, and i have scratches, bruises, and end upp crying myself to sleep, tell wht to do, and y they keep on ganging up.

She was the one who started the fight, i just blocked her.
I know it doesnt blong here, but if i put it anywhere else, i wont get answers.

OK so obvisouly people get really angry over this question no matter how i word it, so please tell me why im wrong and vent some of your anger, or tell me why im right. Please know that i might not be for or against women leaders even tho i worded the question the way i did. Back in the 50's, we had great guitarists like Chuck Berry and Bo Diddley. In the 60's, more guitar legends came to be, in particular George Harrison, Eric Clapton, and Jimi Hendrix. In the 70's, Jimmy Page, Tony Iommi, Angus Young, etc. dominated the scene. Then the 80's had a crap load of great heavy metal guitarists that no one really knows the names of.

Somewhere around the early 1990s, a new generation of music began. From the time of the grunge scene to now, who are/were the greatest modern guitarists?

Here's what I think:

Jack White of the White Stripes. Great guitarist overall. The way he uses guitar effects effectively really impresses me. Especially how he created that bass sound with his guitar in "Seven Nation Army". In general, the White Stripes are one of the better modern bands.

My sister has been planning to get married where she lives in Brazil in April for over a year. Every one in my family has known this for a long time. My sister was adopted later in life but has gone above and beyond for my family and she is truly one of us. She has respected the sanctity of marriage and understands the commitment she is about to make. The problem is my cousin decided a week ago that she is also getting married in April within two days of my sisters wedding that is taking place in Brazil. Most of my family was planning to go to Brazil to my sister’s wedding and in our family we have a veil that has been used by the women in my family for 4 generations. My sister has been told that she can use the veil in her wedding. A few members of my family have brought up the fact that she is not blood related. However my sister has done more for our family than my cousin ever has. My cousin has been childish; she has known her fiancé for one month and is already living with him.
