Hidious! I know that these are not skin cancer, But my son in law has several and wants to get rid of them without having to see a dermatologist..any ideas?

He will need to go to the dermatologist to have them burned off. They will bleed heavily if you try to remove them at home and they will return.

My brother used to cut them off with toenail clippers.

No matter how you get rid of them (even at the doctor's office) they will keep coming back. I have had them taken off at the dermatologist's by an electric needle and it hurts like hell, then after about a year they are back.

I know he may not want to, but I think seeing a doctor is the best bet. If you try to do it yourself and cut it off, it will bleed every where for ever ((well, it seems like it)).
It's not worth it, cause it hurts, bleeds, can leave a scar, and it'll most likely come back. Go see a professional. They now what they're doing.

i have them too but i'm to chicken to take care of them myself. he can use an otc freeze for warts or, the more painful option would be to clip them with very sharp scissors or clippers. be ready for some blood though. honestly, i'd see the doc. quick and easy.
