Please dont answer this and say " DONT MESS WITH THOSE THEY'RE CREEPY & THEY INVITE EVIL SPIRITS" and blah blah blah! YES i KNOW.
I'm just curious if anyone has done it without having problems with so-called 'evil' spirits.
I want honest stories of things that actually happened while you were using a ouija board.

Thank you.

The house we just rented has no grounded outlets, but rather two prong non-grounded outlets. We have expensive electronics to plug in, so we would like some kind of surge protection. Now we have come up with a couple of options, and I was hoping to run some by you. First of, would simply buying a two to three plug adapter work? I do not think it would really solve the problem since the ground plug is simply going into the center screw which is not connected to anything; therefore, the surge protector would have no way to divert the current away from the electronics. Am I wrong in this assumption? Secondly, how about a ground fault connection interruptor (gfci). They are designed to compare input and output currents and trip the circuit if there is a discrepancy. Would instaling one of these-- mind without a ground cable connceted at all-- and then plugging a surge protector into it provide the required protection for our electronics?

Its clear that if one is naive one seems to not have any problems or feelings of sadness; no matter what one does not know enough to not be happy--even if things would be the same if one was aware. One just sees the world the way it is and not see all the negative aspects of humanity--and therefore, always content and not knowing anymore.

Btw I was pretty innocent til the age of 17 1/2, maybe too innocent even. I remember when I was in middle school, and friends would invite me places, and I'd never go. It was only the last dance that I decided to go. Even through the first three years of high school, I didn't change much; I was still not very expressive nor open--but people were nice to me for I was a sweet soul. The thing was that I was never bothered by my lack of engagement with friends, I just was, until one day when an experience opened my eyes when I was 17 1/2 and I saw what I've missed if I had continued to be innocent and naive. I think I was slower than most people really. I guess that it was a good thing…my revelation. I found a willingness in myself to be more open and expressive, and I succeeded. With that my eyes were also opened to many other things, and I found myself knowing things beyond most 17 years old or even young adults who are in college. I had achieved a sense of total awareness and a desire to search for answers. I dunno, but I wondered whether that is truly a good thing. What do you think?

Life is funny I guessed : ]

I'm pretty certain it is the lights they have in there.

The florescent ones with the reflective things behind them.

Anyone any ideas what i can do to counter-act this as it is going to drive me mad and make me miss the course i'm doing.

I have an astigmatism to my right eye. My left eye is completley blind d/t a inoperable cataract.

I wear glasses with balanced lenses just to even out that thickness of the lenses. When I wear my glasses it looks as if I am not looking at you with my left eye (as if I had a lazy eye) but my vision is fine on the right. Occassionally, I will wear a contact lense in my right eye (like for a formal event).

I recently had my eyes checked and my prescription was adjusted. I notice that when I wear my contact lense that my left eye looks a bit crossed then eventually does go crossed eyed when I'm wearing it for a while. Even though I don't wear my contact very often, when I do wear it I get somewhat of a headache after wearing it all day.

Is my eyes trying to get used tot he contact lense every time I wear it since I don't wear it often? Or should I get rechecked for the lense prescription/shape of the lense?

I have a mid-level career and have always asked for time off with pretty much the understanding that it will be granted unless something catastrophic would happen. If I am leaving early for the day, I advise as opposed to asking. When I go on vacation and ask for the time off, I always thought that was a sign of respect for my boss and also the department needs. However, recently I read an article on Yahoo stating that you shouldn't ask for time off, but advise. The article stated that asking was too child-like, and that as adults, we need to advise. Which is correct? I am in my late twenties and don't want to be making a professional faux pas. I am also starting a new position at a new company and don't want to start off on the wrong foot. What do you think?

When it's the atheists that are wandering around in a religious section of the internet, but you say Christians contradict ourselves? Atheists also say Christians are hypocrites, but meanwhile atheists and skeptics are talking about God in a religion area.

Atheists call Christians delusional for talking to God, but meanwhile, it's the atheists that are in a religion section asking questions about a God they don't believe in.
