Why do we need the fairness doctrine?

It's aimed at conservative radio shows, and the Libs need it because no one wants to listen to their gloom and doom all the time, and thats why their own radio programs are failing.
In effect, they want to censor or remove conservative talk radio under the guise of "fairness".
