I served in the us Army for 8 years. I served in Campbondsteel Kosovo in 1999. Since 1999 I have been trying to obtain citizenship, got interview, passed test and was waiting for swearing in ----when Ins denied me stating it was not for that purpose. I wrote to all my congreeman but no real help, the secretaries just send you a letter stating that they are looking into it. I have dozens of letters and spent thousands of dollars. I live in NY and I have a clean record. I was paid harzadous duty pay while deployed to this warzone, and got an honorable discharge. After INS closed my case I spent 10000 us to take it to federal court. The judge denied it 2 days ago stating my tour was for tax benifits and not immigration benefits. Although section 329 of the law stated you are qualified once served in a combat zone as designated by president-------and Kosovo was designated by Bill Clinton as a combat zone. Can someone help? It has to be popular so I won't have too hard of a time finding it. Any genre is fine, as long as it's not about Muay Thai...I've watched too many action movies recently. Also if it's in Issan, even better, I won't have to read the subtitles...but if it's in Thai that's fine too.

I have, the bible tells us that we are buried with Christ through baptism, surely nobody is buried by sprinkling dirt on their head but being buried requires full body immersion which is true baptism in Jesus name. The Greek word for Baptism is "Baptizo" which means literally "Immersion". Alot of people are baptised by sprinkling water on their heads, they are not truly baptised and yes baptism is nessacary because without baptism, we are not buried with Christ.
When we come up from the water, that represents the ressurection. We mush all be baptised according to the word and not tradition of man, Come let us reason. God bless

My mom has been fighting cancer for quite a long time now, originally diagnosed with breast cancer in 2000.Since then,it spread to her lungs in 2005 and her hip bone just this past winter.She did intense radiation in March and was put on stronger chemo drugs to fight it.(Has been on chemo,period, every week for 2 years straight now.)About a month ago,her right leg started hurting pretty badly.Her doctor said it was her sciatic nerve and was given everything from narcotic skin patches to muscle relaxers to help with the pain,along with physical therapy. It's been a month and the pain is worse than ever,limiting her to all but complete bedrest.She insists it is arthritus or a disc in her back giving her trouble,but my sister and I are afraid the cancer has spread to her spine.She cannot stand or sit in a chair for more than 2 minutes at a time, and has to lay flat on her back in order for the pain to be bareable.The pain in her hip was never this severe,so I am not sure what is wrong...

if you don't have that disk any more but you bought windows xp that u can put on it. normally i would press F2 at start up and change the boot up sequence, but that's on xp and i couldn't find a place 2 do that on windows me. i want to get rid of everything and just start fresh w/ windows xp

Why not use the Grand Canyon as a massive garbage dump? Use the section that no longer has the river running through it or dam/divert the river from another section. It will take thousands of years before it gets filled up.

Ive been having this dreams 2-3 times a week.

I'm walking down a hall, and at the end of the hall are 2 doors. One of them leads to a forest looking area, basically reminding me of paradise. The other door is darkness.

Everytime I go to the paradise door and it seems locked. Then the door to the darkness opens up and starts to suck me in and im being pulled in and thats around where I wake up.

my rim has a couple of dents on the edge of them and i took it to a tire place and it seemed like they shoved a bunch of plugs in it so the air wouldnt come out of it..i was just wondering if any1 out there cant explain this to me..and wat might have caused the dents on the edges of them?

If someone cosigns for a car loan (for a college student) and then that college student driver gets in an accident that results in a law suit...

1) Is the cosigner at risk to lose their assets if the "college student driver" has no assets??

Or...

2) Are the parents of the college student the party which is at risk??

Does an Umbrella Insurance Policy need to be taken out by the co-signer or the parents of the driver?

Last year I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and during that following may I took Chemotherapy and Radiation. Its been a stressful year but I managed to get through. Right now I'm getting better, my hair grew back and everything. But I was wondering if anybody knows any good natural medicine or good things I can try out to feel better, get more white blood cells to help fight against other horrible things, or overall anything that you think a person who's been and is fighting cancer can take. It would be a great help. Thanks.
