According to Roach when he opened tarining camp, Manny is 75% ready. In addition to that, Pacquiao's power is intact says Buboy, his asst trainer. He's below 140lbs, and he's got seven weeks to perfect their strategy. So why worry?

Of corse Pac Man will be ready.
I think it will go the distance, based on the style that Barrera now employs. Pacquiao will be the one doing the pressing, Barrera boxing and countering. Barrera has a lot more left than Morales, and this will be a far tougher proposition for Manny than Morales III.
Pacquiao may hurt Barrera at points in the fight, but Barrera is wily enough to survive, stay out of rouble for the most part, and work with his jab. I think Manny wins a surprisingly close fight, 115-113, and then should really go on to fight Juan Manuel Marquez.

Yes, that's for sure! A guy like Manny Pacquiao, who's young, physically strong and athletically gifted, can whip himself into great shape in a couple of weeks so 7 weeks are more than enough for him. Barrera, at his age (34 if I'm not mistaken), needs a much longer period of training to get into fighting form, but even then, setting up camp too early might get him to overtrain and Manny will just kill him if that happens. Moreover, we all know that Pacquiao takes his training seriously. He's one of the hardest working fighters ever in training. Yeah, he's got a lot of distractions, but once he starts training it's all business for this guy.

Pacquiao will unload everything he has to end the fight early, he cannot afford another Juan Manuel Marquez like fight where he fades late and gets out boxed. Barrera wants to duplicate Morales's boxing clinic and avenge his prior humilation against Manny. Seven weeks is plenty of time, but it will depend more on Barrera than Pacquiao. If Marco shows up in shape and mentally correct, and Pacquiao doesn't wack Barrera early, it could get interesting.

Absolutely he is ready.
He should not take this fight for granted, Barrera is aching for revenge. The Mexican legend is looking for a grand exit in boxing. A win over Pacman is a feather to his cap before he retire and a sweet payback against the man who dealt him (Barrera) the worst beating of his solid career.
For Pacquiao, a win is a must because it will catapult him against the current superfeatherweight champ, Juan Manuel Marquez. This will to settle once and for all who is the better man after their controversial draw in 2004.

Yes of course.
Will all the distractions coming to Pacman's way, come fight night his power and speed will do the talkings.
Barrera is a washed-up fighter, Pacquiao with 6 weeks training can repeat against Marco Antonio by another stoppage ending.

Yeah, Barrera is pretty much shot from his wars with Morales and all Pacquiao needs to do is chase him down and make him fight
