firemouth cichlid

you want to put cichlids which are aggressive with tropicals which are not aggressive together, that will never work, not even the cichlids itself work together

you need to do a lot of research before putting any fish in your tank

hope that helps
Good luck

No they cannot be together. The Beta will be the first one to perish even though they look like they are aggressive. Before buying any fish do research on the internet and find out all about them and who they are able to cohabitate with. There are some good forums out there that will help you answering questions when need arises.
