Hi, my car was stolen from a repair shop that I had left overnight for maintenace work. I say they are negligent for not securing the keys. I filed a claim through their insurance and through my insurance thinking mine would go after them and give me a fair price for what I payed, not the current market value. I heard about the arbitration. Any suggestions on steps I can take to recover more money? plus why should I pay the deductible? Shouldn't I receive money from both insurances? I also incurred other expenses, I had to spend money on notaries, lost time from work, gas money making all these trips for the investigators etc.

Everything we are and everything we have accomplished is both a result of the existence of and our understanding/using these fundamental forces: strong force, weak force, electromagnetic, gravitation. While our understanding of these is not perfect in all cases, we can work with and predict them and (important in this question) their interaction.

Now if magic existed I would expect some great big honking hole in these theories, a missing part, a question mark. It's not there. So what is it that you think makes magic work?

Bonus question: given the nature of people, why hasn't anyone used magic to rob a bank or similar?

She's really pretty but thats not why I'm attracted to her. There are better looking girls in my grade but she's so sweet and smart and funny that I get warm whenever I even think about her. So were going to different highschool's but I still have this crush on her. She's more like my friend but I don't know if she likes me the same way I like her. I'm too shy to say anything to her because I'd be embarrased if I got shot down. She ain't never been with a guy before even though she's really pretty. Sir Paul McCartney is hoping to rename the London Eye in his honour to promote a new DVD, it has been claimed.

The Beatles legend releases "The McCartney Years" later this year, and wants to use one of the UK's most famous landmarks to support the media campaign.

The plan may also include a one-off concert on the iconic wheel structure, which could be decked out in the artwork for the video compilation, according to a 'source'.

"The whole idea came together after a series of meetings in Macca HQ. The artwork for the DVD cover is a stylised close-up of Sir Paul's eye - and that got the team thinking.

"It occurred to them that the other most famous eye in the world was, of course, the London Eye and they immediately tried to work together", the 'source' explained.

Is Paul McCartney's eyeball the most famous in the world?

I have been debating on purchasing a new 2007 wrangler. I am fairly sure that I want one although, but I was hoping for some feedback first.

I owned a 93’ wrangler, wrecked it, but loved it. I am debating on getting the new 3 piece hard top, but I have no garage. I would be forced to store it in a basement if I ever took it off. I have not attempted to take one off, is it heavy, will it fit through a standard door? Let me know what you think.

Are the new soft tops any quieter than the ones back in 93’?
