I am having trouble with the pattern for 1, 1/2, 1/3, 1/4...

What do I have to do with the number to get the next term?

I thought it would be +1 to the denominator, but the problem has to be adding, subtracting, dividing, or multiplying a number to get the next term and I can't figure it out.

Can anyone help me out?

I felt Like I had to make a bowel movement.. but it wouldn;t come out and it was VERY painful... Then When I was done trying I wiped and there was blood. Now after I still feel like I have to go, but I know nothing will come out, and it will be painful. And I've been nausiated like constantly.. And I kinda burp more often.. Please help Im also on nexium to see if it works for the nausea but it hasn't, Please help?
Is this something serious?
I thought it was IBS?
Maybe the blood was from a little bit of straining and the pain.. Idk.

I have family & friends who are well into their adult years and have never gotten a driver's license... They expect to be driven around all the time.... or get a bus. Don't they realize how free you are when you have a car and a license? Why do they prefer to spend most of the time waiting on busses and rides from friends? ... And then get angry with you when you say you are too busy to be their personal chauffer?

We are giving so much money to overs for war, Selling arms to countries, etc yet we have homeless, starving people here who need our help. Why has the country turned a blind eye to our own people.
