I felt Like I had to make a bowel movement.. but it wouldn;t come out and it was VERY painful... Then When I was done trying I wiped and there was blood. Now after I still feel like I have to go, but I know nothing will come out, and it will be painful. And I've been nausiated like constantly.. And I kinda burp more often.. Please help Im also on nexium to see if it works for the nausea but it hasn't, Please help?
Is this something serious?
I thought it was IBS?
Maybe the blood was from a little bit of straining and the pain.. Idk.

It sounds like constipation to me and for this I would recommend psyllium husk, a great product for just this condition. Take about 10 grams a day (preferably in the morning on your cereal) and wait for the results. It is a natural product and is quite harmless. I believe it is also good for diarrhea. It's available from supermarkets and health food stores. Hope this is of some value to you and keeps you healthy in the future.

Go see a gastroenterologist. I had the same symptoms as you for a couple of years now and was sent for a gastric emptying scan and was diagnosed with gastroparesis which is a weak stomach.

I have had problems all of my life with abdominal problems. I am a nurse and my thought is u should go to the E.R. Two questions though...Are you having pain in your stomach or rectum....And do you have a fever??

My suggestion would be to get yourself a bottle of prune juice and down it. I have been there before, it's a very uncomfortable feeling. The prune juice is really good, and is natural.
