I was looking at the sheet that shows you what to expect on the test and I saw this problem and the answer and I cant figure how to solve it!!

the square root of 18 + the square root of 8 =

they said the answer was 5 and the square root of 2

Seriously, please be specific. She's a capitalist through and through, not a socialist. That's a proven fact since she has sat on so many corporate boards including Walmart. And, she gets her primary funding from corporations as laid out in the July issue of Fortune magazine. Yet, she has tons of experience in the senate and the white house. Please be specific in what scares you about her. You may say she wants power, but what man who is running for president doesn't want that too?

I got a puppy and I've never been good with names. My mom wants to call him Mason... but I don't really like it.

He's black, with a white tuft of fur on his chest, and his chin is white, like a milk moustache but on the bottom. Other than that, he's solid black. He has brown eyes, and a long tail. He's a lab mix. He's pretty mellow.

Names I can't use because other pets have them: Jack, Boo, Puggle, Butter (like that would be a suggestion anyway), Jade, Kipper

This question has just been sitting on my back-burner for years now.

Personally, I don't know what the huge deal with Bertuzzi is. Yes, he sucker punched Moore, and may be the culprit to break his neck. Not intentionally, obviously, but it could've been from everybody piling on top of the guy, no way to prove...without an autopsy. lol

Anybody else remember McSorely on Brashear? That was assault with a weapon, intent to cause serious bodily harm or death, and criminal negligence causing bodily harm. Criminal charges. To me, that's MUCH worse, but how come you don't see too many people complaining about that?

I believe in god (I use lowercase on purpose), but not as an individual entity. God is everything, a unifying force that includes everything from the smallest atom to the grandest idea, and can not be assigned human attributes like gender or even emotions. (Remember that scene in I Heart Huckabees where he takes the sheet and points to all the places that affect each other, and you pull on one thread and it messes with stuff on the other side? That fabric is god.)

I do not believe in Jesus. The idea that you can apologize in the last minutes before death and be granted a place in Heaven is ludicrous. No one was sent to pay for our sins, we have to pay for them ourselves.

I believe in reincarnation. What and where you come back as depends on how much you've learned in this life.

The Bible was written by men, and only men. It has gone through countless rewrittings and revisions and I don't trust a word of it.

India and Pakistan were parts of the same country so when one gets separated the other automatically becomes separate. So both the countries should have been declared independent simultaneously. Also pakistan is also a smaller country so how did it get the chance to get freedom earlier. The partition was caused because Pakistan insisted for that and India agreed to it. So as a courtesy India should have go the preference to celebrate it before them. Or is it as usual sacrificing body has to sacrifice always taken for granted.
