I got a puppy and I've never been good with names. My mom wants to call him Mason... but I don't really like it.

He's black, with a white tuft of fur on his chest, and his chin is white, like a milk moustache but on the bottom. Other than that, he's solid black. He has brown eyes, and a long tail. He's a lab mix. He's pretty mellow.

Names I can't use because other pets have them: Jack, Boo, Puggle, Butter (like that would be a suggestion anyway), Jade, Kipper

Lol the first thing that came to mind was Moo! The meaning behind this was because of the milk moustache... and milk comes from cows and cows go Moo. Haha. I've always thought it was a cute name :P I also like the name Riley.

Mason is a cute name, but if you don't like it, then don't name the puppy Mason. Buddy is a good name but sort of popular, I think. I also like Bubba, Andy, Jack, and Sam.

I've learned that when naming dogs, you should make their names 1-syllable, others, it can be harder when training them or something. I also posted a site with some dog names shown below.

I would call him Tuxedo. Sounds like he has one on. Mason is not a bad name...it's cute. Try researching names on the internet....like one's from different countries. I named my poodle Sora (it's japanese for sky), because I have a slight infactuation with Japan and japanese culture.
