are there any in the minors? must be right? how about in history? when the ***** leagues integrated im sure there were some right?

lets not turn this into an unintelligent argument about race, but Ive just noticed really theres no african american catchers in mlb at all,

ive thought about why that is, there are only about 10 pitchers who are black too

besides baseball not big in black neighborhoods, is it because black players who come up in the minors or into the game are put into the outfield because of their athleticism? (yeah i know this is a stereotype)

what is up with this?

Both Mann's 'hockey stick' data and NASA GISS temperature anomalies were throughly checked out, reviewed, doubled checked for flaws, yet both these papers got by the rigorous gauntlet of "climatologist" filled with more errors than a Kennedy drivers test!

Both of these errors were detected by the mining executive, Stephen McIntyre.

So how can data like this easily pass the review of degreed climatologist? And what else has passed by "peer review" that we haven't found yet?

And isn't it time to dismiss "peer review" as a gold standard?

i always thought that if you had a deposit in by noon on a business day that your deposit would go in for that same day. my bank is sometimes taking 4 days to clear a deposit even when it is cash.

Do you think it is a good idea to implement a law that employers should allow employees to leave work to vote? The structure of the idea is fairly simple. The employer allows the person to go vote and they must bring proof they voted. The employer can, but not required to, then pay the employee for upto two hours of work and those two hours are a tax credit for the employer.

If you believe that manmade pollution is causing global warming, then it only make logical sense that the single greatest source of man's carbon footpring comes from the heavilly populated urban areas. That's where pollution occurs at such high levels that the environment never gets a chance to recover.

After a hot day, temps drop in the suburbs and rural areas, but stay high in the cities. Concrete, blacktop, glass, metal, it all retains the heat. Smog is so thick it almost never disperses, and sewage output is huge. No wonder ocean water around cities is always brown and yellow.

Crude oil trickles from the ocean floor but nature can handle it and within hours, it's gone. A tanker bursts in Alaska and it takes years to clean up. It's just a volume thing.

The air is cleaner where there are less people together. So it stands to reason that if you care about the planet, you won't live in an urban city area. Otherwise, you are part of the problem. Sorry. It's true.

I'm a waiter in a very hot and humid climate. I inherited some very active sweat glands. (chest and head). It must be unatractive to my customers.

I'm 7 weeks and have noticed small clumps of discharge in the toilet after urination. The color is not pink, brown, or gray. It's whitish and very small (like a booger :-) ). Just curious if this is normal. I've heard that milky discharge is normal but clumps could be bad.
