Good reasons. My biggest complaint is a BC/BS company that i don't gets to make the decisions about my health care. Solely based on the fact they are closer to me. I agree we need major reforms. eelfin,be careful, daily accidents aren't good.

My biggest complaint is that their lobby tries to make insurance mandatory, then tries to get laws passed that serve only their actuarial tables, and then they try to get out of paying on claims. I see them as a negative force in our society that needs serious reform.

Insurance Companies are businesses, so it matters that you pay and they do what the laws says as long as they can get the government to change the law to their favor so they don't have to cover. They hirer lawyers people like us to make sure we don't get what we are entitled to. They hirer scholars & philosophers, to write the policy's so even people with a good education would have a hard time understanding.
Our government if they had any guts or should I dare say balls they would strip them of their wealth and put them in the sport domes across the country and turn on the gas. You all seen what they did for Katrina you all see what they do to people that get hurt at work, take that coal miner in Virgina, need I say more. They are worthless.

Example:

A bill from a hospital includes a box of Kleenex.
The cost is $5.00.

Three tissues were used...

Sh!t like that is why insurance companies are raping you of your very own money - knowing they can get away with it.

Oh, you say the hospital billed you and the insurance company isn't to blame?
If you didn't have insurance and received a bill from the hospital; how many people would not tolerate paying that kind of money?
With that theory in mind - Something has to be done to stop that kind of activity and if people don't band together to stop it, it never will.

All companies have to make a profit to keep the stockholders happy. Insurance companies are companies. The best way for insurance company to increase profits is to figure out how not to pay claims.

My biggest bitchh is that they lobbied the state governments until all the states require car insurance. It does not make the roads any safer and it just lines their pockets.
What if the government forced people buy my products?

They do not care about you as an individual. They are difficult to reach if you have a problem and they make mistakes all of the time.
