i had a legal hold on my account, but it was release a mnth after. they took the 5hundred i had in my acct althought i owed them 1500. but am wondering if i start puttin money bk in my acct will they, reput the legal hold. MY bank rep said he dont think so.

You still owe the money and they still have a judgment. They're gonna come after you again. You may want to pay them off and be done with it..

Yes - If you didnt have enough money in your account the first time they can issue a new bank citation and hit the account again.

If you move banks they can find you too --- Your best bet is to contact the creditor's attorney and try to deal with it so you dont get anymore surprises.... A bank citation is only 1 of many things a creditor can do to recoupe their monies.

Forget the account and get another one, you still owe them the money, they'll take whatever you put in it.
