my next door neighbor killed her sick cat by giving it aspirin or benadryl through a syringe. she hates me so she grabbed mine up when it was in her yard and we found it later so sleepy and horrible sick. he died later that night. i am so sad. how could i prosecute them? we have five children and they are such awful people when we had a small ceremony out in front...(to the side by the garden actually) they found funeral music and played it while they clapped. we've thrown a couple of cheap shots in from time to time..but i think this went way too far. an animal died here. it's just so sad.

I like this piece of property but the house is old and its not in the good part of town but not the bad part of town. I want to be very cautious if this the home i want to buy(59k). What is my next step if i want to purchase this home? This is all new to me. Do i get it inspected, make a offer....help!!

I'm at work--technically by myself. There's another coworker here but she works in a cube in another room. I'm on the frontline and I just feel really anxious today. I feel trapped like I can't get up when I need too. When there are other coworkers here, I feel that I can get up and walk around when I want. The coworker that is here right now comes and goes when she wants to--to the bathroom, to get water, whatever. There's a lot of crap going on at work and I just feel anxious. As soon as some of my other coworkers get here, I'll feel better but that isn't for another 3 hours.

My partner and i are thinking on having a child, she is almost 31yrs old and want to go first, her mother hates me and blames me for her daugther becoming a lesbian and being with me, she says that she will make sure our child knows that i am nothing of he/her, and we are just leaving together, she has being putting a lot of stress on our relationship therefore i have been stressing my partner out, i want to feel like she is capable of defending our family even from her own mother, one day her mother says she will not love the child and the next she comes around saying the opposite, they lived together for 30 yrs, until she moved out with me, the cord has not been cut yet, my partners has to do everything for her including bank deposits, i dont know what to do or say anymore, whe have had plenty of arguments about this, and ive started to question if i want to have a family with her or not, i know this is too short for such a big picture but i need some advice. Thank you

i had earn my green card holder at 20 yrs old and im a U.S. immigrant but im currently staying in the Philippines to study in College and i just go back to the U.S. before 2 years because im applying for a Travel Document

i went back to U.S. last April 2007 and i was here in the Philipines last May 2007.

i will be back again in U.S. in April 2009.

1. Can i still apply for a U.S. citizenship at my age of 26 yrs old?

2. will i have trouble applying for a U.S. citizenship?

3. would the U.S. immigration extend my years of stay in U.S. before i can apply for a U.S. citizenship? (for example at my age of 30 years old? )

Of Diabetes#1 insulin depandant(but doesn't need insulin during school) so far. My 4yr old daughter is starting kindergarten(half days). Last yr went to his school daily at his lunchtime to give him his lunchtime blood sugar test (which is only a prick in the finger) of course I was willing to do it. Anyways, the school does not want to do his blood sugar test. And my daughter will be starting junior kindergarten which is half days, so it will be pretty busy. Any good suggestions of how i can get the school to do an easy blood sugar test to my son?? Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanku.
