I think just by the way I was raised I was taught to help people in need. One time I remember it was snowing so bad in Colorado that I was on my way home and saw this care on the side of the road. The car had a flat tire and the occupant was just sitting inside the car.

I asked the occupant did they need help or was a tow truck on the way, she replied no and that she did not know how to change the tire. She had a infant in the car with her, I told her to go wait in my car while I fix the tire, it was snowing so bad that it took me almost 30 min to change the tire. Once I put the tire on and got her back on the road she was very grateful and thanked me many times. I asked her how long was she waiting before I came up, she said almost 2hrs on the side of the road.

It amazed me that nobody stopped to help her or see if anything was wrong. So have you ever helped a stranger out?

my hair is naturally very straight, but I really want to try using mousse to make it more wavy/curly. How much mousse do I put in? Do I do it when my hair is wet? Also is there any other tips that would help make my hair anything but straight!! Please help

I used to think, it knocked the living breath out of me at times, when the trolls would come back to devour me as prey. Then I would retreat to regroup, lick my wounds . . then I'd come back, as I now have for the 3rd time as Buddhist# 3!
What have been your experiences, in this arena which test your mettle, JusT Virtually, of course!!!
(for some odd reason I think I am leaving out a reactionary Ouch! out of my question, though!

I have a '72 GMC Custom-1500, 350 engine/4 bbl Quadrajet 4MV, and an automatic transmission. I replaced points distributor with a HEI distributor. I don't believe advance is working. How can I check it without any special tools? Also, when I remove vacuum advance hose from carburetor, the engine idle doesn't change. Isn't idle suppose to increase or something?

Hello. Yesterday my family joined a new church, and it is bigger than the one I went to before. So I am not used to it being so big. There are kids my age and some girls about my age too, but I am too shy to talk to them I guess, because I'm afraid they won't like me or something. They aren't all like holy roller type, some of them look like assholes but I am not sure whether I should go to the youth class on sunday morning, or if I should stay up with the adults. My brother just turned 18 and he decided not to go to church, so I am all alone and I feel really weirded out, because all these new people, and I am a pretty shy.

Can anyone give me advice?

Hi, I have a tank which is about 50litres in size, I bought a Leopard Catfish last week but have since read a lot online that says that they should be kept in shoals of around 5 fish? Is this true? Would it be ok to keep just 2?
The woman in the fish shop didnt tell me this and I wouldnt have bought it if I had known I had to keep so many of them as I dont particularly want to fill my wee tank with catfish no matter how pretty they are!

Protestants often misunderstand the Catholic teaching on merit, thinking that Catholics believe that one must do good works to come to God and be saved. This is exactly the opposite of what the Church teaches. The Council of Trent stressed: "None of those things which precede justification, whether faith or works, merit the grace of justification; for if it is by grace, it is not now by works; otherwise, as the Apostle [Paul] says, grace is no more grace" (Decree on Justification 8, citing Rom. 11:6).

The Catholic Church teaches only Christ is capable of meriting in the strict sense—mere man cannot (Catechism of the Catholic Church, section 2007). The most merit humans can have is condign—when, under the impetus of God’s grace, they perform acts which please him and which he has promised to reward (Rom. 2:6–11, Gal. 6:6–10). Thus God’s grace and his promise form the foundation for all human merit (Catechism of the Catholic Church, section 2008).

ok yesterday i was masterbating but i stopped during the middle of it because i had to do something, then before i went to bed i completely masterbated but it took much more effort and time to do it all and usually iam much faster. anyways i tried this morning and same thing i did it all but it took longer and more effort. what should i do should i give masterbating a break or what?
