I don't know why people do such things. Could be a combination of things. Who their contacts are or jealousy or because it makes them feel like they have some sort of power. I only wish they would get a real life and let others, who hurt no one, alone.

Hardly. If the person has 300 contacts or more, he/she is not gonna go through ALL their contacts just to decide if he's gonna target them.

Highly likely.In your case,you have a few that hate your new avatar,which is stupid but gives them enough reason to attack you.The orange banner could be a problem for some.

hmm possibly i never thought of that. most of my contacts keep getting violations and/or getting deleted. so i guess it makes sense. i think the trolls really don't like me for some reason.

You may be right I hadn't thought of it that way but you are probably right.
