Is it based on a decision they made when they were 8 yrs. old, or is it based on where they are today?This doctrine of once saved always saved, and if your lost you never were saved baffles me.I was born again at age 25.I backslide 9 years latter and lived in sin for 10 yrs.,had I died during this time I would have been lost.Jesus tells the church at Sardis to "Be watchful,and strengthen the things which remain,that are (ready to die)..." Rev 3:2a, and in verse 5 they are told that if they fail to not overcome this, that their names will be blotted out of the book of life.Having your name in the book of life is being saved.Having it blotted out means you were saved and now your lost.1 John 5:16-17 tells us that sin is sin, but even in this New Testament time there still remains a sin that leads to death.Willful presumptious sins are not covered by the blood, Numbers 15:30-31,Hebrews 6:1-8,10:29,2 Peter 2:20-22.

My friend's dog has been vomiting blood and has been having bloody direahhea all day today. Wondering what this could be... her mother knows, but is unsure as to take him to the vet because of the cost. The dog is a Schnauzer and is nine years old.

Iam a maint tech. I have 1 groundsman/maint tech. My manager likes him because he "sucks up" and they hang out and drink together. I try to make a difference for my fellow tenants. I just got a second job....this makes 2 full time jobs. I don't mind the hours; it's the abuse of the latter job. Iam burned out and don't want to be threatened about...."if you quit-you will will have to leave the property within 7 days"! My second job pays slightly lesser, but there is growth potential.....should I Quit or Pull my hair out?????

Interstate 5 opened in stages in the 1960s and 70s; I-5 opened from Stockton to Sacramento in 1979. My family moved from Sacramento to Santa Maria in 1973 and, because of the I-5 development, we would take Highway 101 in order to head south. That would take us through the San Jose area. There were a number of highway landmarks in that area that I have tried, with varying degrees of success, to identify as an adult. I have successfully identified "Magic Village Toys and Things" as one of those landmarks (an enormous wooden soldier standing guard out front of a multi-story toy store). The other landmark that I am currently struggling with identifying was a roadside restaurant/cafe/diner that had built an enormous beehive into one wall of the restaurant. Outside the restaurant, the bees freely entered and exited the beehive. Inside the restaurant, the massive beehive was made of clear plastic so that the patrons could observe the bees. What was the name of this restaurant?

I live out in the woods (very rural area) and I've noticed at night lately there often have been several large, bipedal creatures that won't come near light, lurking in the woods. It sounds very odd but it's true. They're not dogs, wolves, or bears, and not people.They scare me to death and I have installed several yard lights all around my property, and I can't let my dog out at night anymore. I called my local authorities and they came out to investigate, found nothing and simply thought I was seeing things. I'm wondering if anyone else has this sort of problem. The things, whatever they are, are about 4 feet tall, with claws apparently, are dark in color, with eyes that seem to glow, and I think they've been at the local wildlife, as I haven't seen any squirrels or chipmunks anywhere near my house anymore. I'm really pretty scared..they almost seem like I've heard demons portrayed. I'm not losing my mind, I swear, I just can't be the only person who has encountered these creatures.
