It does not matter if they are liberal or conservative as long as they are honest men who strictly follow the law and not their own ideas about what the law should be.

I'm not sure that political definitions of the two are fitting when it comes to judges.
I would say a judicial conservative is best because he or she will decide cases based on the Constitution and not their own personal preferences. Sometimes a politically "liberal" or "conservative" decision will result, but it will always be what the Constitution demands.

Regardless of the affiliation both are going to go with their own personal beliefs, therefore tarnishing the whole system.

Liberal judges are bad. It generally means they decide the way they feel. Conservative judges abide by the laws and precedent setting cases.

Well liberal judges let child sex offenders walk (no time in jail). This should answer your question for who is worse.
Regardless, judges in our court systems have to much power. If you look at them funny they can throw you in jail.

Liberal Judge is better any day. Liberals uphold the constitution, Cons wipe their butts with the bill of rights and call the constitution a "goddamned piece of paper"
