That's the sternocleidomastoid muscle and it's evident because you are turning your head so much. However, check your mailbox. :-)

the guy in the horns is almost right....i won't comment on the quality of the photo, but you have no issues with the neck, you are acting like my lovely and talented wife, she and you are both beautiful and have no wrinkle issues.

I see no wrinkles either, just the muscle and tendon because of the angle you are turned. You have lovely hair and eyes and smile..and .no neck problem at all!

the image is so low quality I cant see what your talking about, so heres a nice warm fluffy answer:

you look very pretty and I cant see any neck issues in the image you posted.
