The most relaible cars under 65,000? I'd normally say Mercedes, but I can't latey. They have to be Lexus. The Best Quality car is a Lexus GS:

They have better crash test ratings than their strongest SUV, their LX. The GS has about 303 Horsepower, and such great quality luxury Sedans start at $44,150 - $52,375. My Sister owns a 2007 Lexus GS350. It goes 0-60 in 5 seconds. We exchange cars all the time. And I love her Lexus. She loves my Buick, but we love our cars too much to trade. I would recommend this car in a heartbeat.

Toyotas are GREAT cars. My marketing professor did a lot of research in this field. The more expensive cars may have a lot of extra amenities but a far as functionality you cant beat a Toyota. They also are great on gas and have great warranties.
