I'm 25 years old and moved out of my parents house.I never been interested in learning on how to cook until now.Started dating a guy and i want to impress him but i can't cook.Guys does turn you off when a girl can't cook?? Ladies at what age did start cooking a real meal ??(not spaghetti)

Now i want to put my thoughts out there. Yes, i may only be 17, but i think i know how to run this country better than politicians. It just seems to me like they see it as a "Title" not a job. They all just want to be re-elected therefore they just state neutral ideas mostly and bicker back and forth about them, playing it safe. It seems like politcians dont want to take controversial action to try and solve problems. Our leaders of previous generations did what was best for our country at the time, sometimes sacrificing their re-election or popularity for the good of the nation...where are these people?

I have 13,000 songs in my computer which have taken years to buy and aquire (CD's) and download (legally), rip and organize. Now I have some very good friends who are getting interested in Ipods and are expecting me to load up their new Ipods with my full library that has taken years to put together. These are my best friends, and I need to be very careful about how I deal with this. It is not so much the legal/ethical concerns, but the fact that I am simply protective of all the money and work I have spent preparing my digital music library, and now they expect it all for free in one afternoon. Need some advice in how to deal?

So Im going to be having a new room mate and the thing is I dont know how to let him know I dont want to have to deal with a bunch of parties at the house. Im a very low key type of person and Im not saying that he can never have people over I just want to make sure it wont be a every night thing. Like most people, I recognize that a failure to resolve the Israel-Palestine dispute is the basic cause of conflict in the region. But I don't believe the US and Israel will seriously negotiate on the Palestinian issue while Israel is the only country in the region with nuclear weapons. What is their incentive?

Well after 7 years of marriage, I finally got my inlaws video of my wedding which I had never seen! Well, on the video my hubby's uncle was the cameraman. He was "interviewing" friends and family before the wedding and asking if they had any words of advice for us... all my family and friends said things like "congratulations!" and "I'm so happy for you!" ; words of encouragement. Whenever someone on hubby's side was asked, there was always some response like "RUN now" or "it's not too late to back out now!" like in a joking( but maybe serious undertone ) manner. Even my sis in law when asked if she had anything to say to us she said "not anything I can say on camera"

How should I feel about this? I always felt like they didn't like me ; patronize me but talk about me behind my back, and hubby tries to reassure me or protect me, but now what should I think about this?

I am no car expert so I cannot tell if I really need something when the mechanic offers some services. By the way I am going to the certified deal mechanic. I am going to get an oil change and tire rotation. Is there anything else that I should check for or replace. I have not done any work with the brakes over the last two years and got a wheel alignment at 21,000 miles.

This actually hurts our relationship sometimes. After a successful romp, she's very loving and affectionate. Lately she's had additional pressures causing stress in her life and her success rate reaching climax has dropped to around half the time. Sometimes when this happens she withdraws from me emotionally and remains frustrated and sad for up to 12 hours or so. Is this something I should be concerned about, or should I just be okay with it?
