I have installed new plugs,3 power packs, trigger and stator

I would also replace the fuel filter, oxygen sensor and if it's a 2 stroke make sure your oil mixture is not to oil rich. That may cause rough running problems too. Also check to make sure you have a good ground conection on your battery. Make sure spark plug wires are not resting or chafing on anything metalic.

Disconnect the kill wire on the engine as it might be shorting out an causing a miss.

well i guess you have spent plenty of money on that baby, huh? what's the compression? are the carbs. clean and set right? what do the reeds look like?
