My husband and I (both vegetarian) are about to have our first child and want our family to be brought up in a vegetarian home. Are there any vegetarian familes that could share their experiences (good and bad) or recommend any resources you've found useful. Specifically were there any health concerns you've faced related to vegetarian children? The research I've read has mainly been positive, but I'm looking for first hand experiences. Thanks!

I'm thinking about getting a summit racing top end performance kit. This includes heads, manifold, and carb. I am a beginner. Is it as easy as bolting this stuff on? Or should I use a mechanic? Will I need to change anything else in the motor for it to run smooth?

I have had nightmares for nearly 4 years now, they started a while after I returned from Iraq in 2003. I know everyone claims PTSD when they have nightmares and bad memories, but I don't know if that is what I am suffering from. Is it normal to have nightmares after seeing things like that? Or does having the nightmares mean I suffer from PTSD?

Its not always the same, sometimes its just sounds, or just hazy images and i feel scared, or like I know my buddy needs help but i can't get to him, and no matter how bad he is hurt or even if I know hes dead, I try to get to him but cannot.

Sometimes its specific events, and I swear every night I see them, its like I see them more vividly then when it actually happened, like they burnt into my mind and they just wont leave.

I had a dream once that I was ambushed and we tried to fend off the attack, and right in the middle of the fight, everything disappeared and I was in my living room crouched behind the sofa.

One time I had a dream of a firefight just past An Nassiryia in Iraq, everything was exactly the same until a bus got hit with a TOW missile, and as I watched the bus explode and burn, its was like I knew everyone from my whole life I knew was in there and they were all dying and I had no way of stopping it, I couldn't even move to protect them from the hit. I've only had this dream once, but it woke me up from a dead sleep and I didn't sleep for nearly 3 days.

I need to know how to make this stop, its getting worse and its getting harder to close my eyes at night because I sometimes tremble at the thought of what I might see when I fall asleep. I need help, what do I do, and what does that dream mean?

I went with my friend to get her mac in the store but i would have to drive 2.5 hrs to get there and with gas prices the way they are i would rather just buy it online.

How does it work when you are buying it with the education discount online. How do i prove that i am a college student? Do they just ask me for my student number or something?

My sister laughs quietly but she does it randomly and no one is saying anything to her. She doesn't talk to herself, and she hides herself from others. All she does is read books and stay in the house but that's about it. She does get angry when someone asks her to do some chore though.

i was on a flight and there was very obese man im mean very obese and he was in 1 seat i had to sit next to him and it was incredibly uncomfortable i couldn't get any sleep or anything and my arms were like squeezed together. She was given the house and contents to offset this which she has since sold, bought another house and sold it to live in rented housing. Maintenance is currently paid for 1 child and herself and she claims poverty!.

I'm not looking for jokes for answers here. I'm 28 yrs old, female and EXTREMELY forgetful and get confused easily. I have a high IQ (142) so I know I'm not slow.

For example... two nights ago, while on my way home from a family members home, my car started making ticking noises. I pulled over and decided to pop open the hood to try to determine the culprit. ( no, I was not panicing either).... anyways, I've popped my hood numerous times b4 and never had issues. Well, this time I did. I couldn't figure out how to open it! I forgot all about the hood release button in the car! The following day, I took the car by my Dad to see if he could figure out the noise (which ended up being something wrong with a blower) and to see if he could figure out how to open the hood. He then pointed out the hood release! How could I forget this?

I also forget when people do things. An example... EVERY night I forget when my hubby kisses me goodnight...whats wrong with me? Any suggestions?

If there had been no war and they had been allowed to secede did they plan on claiming some of the land in the west or would the have been content with what existed in the seceding states. My wife and I just bought a new house and noticed one of the cabinets is loose.

I'm thinking I can just re-screw it back up, but in a new hole.

I also noticed it only seems to be screwed into the drywall.

Isn't it supposed to be screwed into a stud?

This might seem like a stupid question to some of you, but I'm no "Mr Fix-It" to say the least.

Any input is appreciated.
