Losers in a war should expect to be at the mercy of the victors. The Palestinians picked the wrong side to support in WWll. They should not be surprised if they had some of their land taken from them and given to whoever the victors(Ally's) chose.

Palestinians are not Arabs! They are the Philistines and descended from Goliath and his tribe. The Arab word for them is "filistinya". It's one the reasons they have been trapped on the Gaza Strip for nearly sixty years. The Arabs use them as a political pawn, but they don't want them marrying their daughters. And, if you're worried about Nazi influence in that part of the world, consider the case of Michel Aflouk. He was the Syrian national who started the Ba'ath (Resurrection) political movement in Syria and Iraq, which came into power after World War Two. He trained under Heinrich Himmler, the head of Germany's SS.

Iran in its current state didn't even exist at the time. In fact, many of the current Arab nations didn't. Some of these areas were occupied by the Nazis, but hardly allied with them. Most of the people that lived in those areas were primarily concerned with doing their own thing. Many of them ignored what was happening around them as best they could. Others took advantage of the situation and did engage with the Nazis in order to better their own positions... but they were just as willing to interact with Allied forces when they pushed the Nazis out. They weren't really allied with anyone. However, most of the Middle East was not involved in the war and had no real contact with the Nazis. Brazil was more closely allied with the Nazis than any Arab group was.

In the first place, the Palestinians didn't support the Nazis: they used them. The deal was : Hitler wanted all the Jews in one place for an easier way to exterminate them, all his cards in one deck.
The Palestinians simply didn't want the Jews to have any lands, they already owned the lands they were on, in Israel. The British were in the middle, making promises they couldn't keep.
The Imam at the time went to Germany to make a deal for arms and support from Hitler but, the little paper hanger was busy at the time getting ready to invade Poland, he thought is was going to be a "slam, bam, thank you ma'am" thing, it wasn't.

The Imam was left hanging, like so many others. The deal fell through with the invasion of Poland. The British backed out of the deal with the Jews to give them their little piece of heaven and the Arabs were now in the middle. A coup started but, the British were now busy with Hitler and central Europe. Things were falling apart by the day and, they couldn't be bothered with little Israel and the Arabs there.

A civil war started with the Palistinians and it's been going on ever since. Hitler lost his chance, the Arabs grabed a tiger by the tail and lost, Israel gained popularity and, is now one of the strongest countries in the Mid East and, one to be recconed with.

There's a lot more to it but, this is the shortest and easiest way to explain it.
