I read somewhere that the Saudi flares burning off natural gas from their wells is the brightest single light on the planet. Must be lots and lots of CO2 and H2O generated by such a massive set of flames.

Yet I never hear a peep about this waste of energy and source of "Greenhouse Gases".

Many winters I hear of folks in the USA freezing because of insufficient supplies of Natural Gas for heating, yet we do not bring it over in liquid form so we have sufficient to keep our population warm at times. Or are our leaders counting on Global Warming to eliminate the need for heating?

When a natural resource is being wasted, and "polluting" the atmosphere, where are the protests from the Climatologists, the Ecologists, and the Global Warming warning preachers? Does money talk that loudly to them?

And why does the UN Consensus not hit terrorists who release gases too?

Maybe we need a televised concert thrown downwind of the flared-off gas? Save money on lighting, especially at night!

Like I say what have you been up to, and they take that the wrong because she dont work, so I just meant like hobbies or jogging or anything she has been doing. Everything I talk about she finds fault with.

I've just adopted a new puppy, very suddenly. My husband rescued her from being euthanised (as were the rest of her litter mates.)
I have an 11month old beagle mix, who is EXTREMELY active. She's a very hyper dog, needs lots of exercise and attention. The puppy is a bassett hound, and she's about 10 weeks old.
I've never really had more than one dog at a time, except for brief periods, like fostering.. but nothing that required intensive training.
My beagle wants to put her paw on the puppy's head, she likes to knock her over. If the puppy is sleeping or sitting still (she's reaaaaaaallly lazy), it seems to drive the beagle nuts. She will start biting at her muzzle and putting her paw on her head.
Is this behaviour unacceptable? Is this a dominance issue?
I'm really not sure how to LET them behave together, I don't want them to form bad habits, but obviously I want them to play.

I have two rental properties in California. Previously I lived
in one of them, and rented out the other. Earlier this year,
I moved to Texas and rented both of the Calif houses out.
The only mortgage is on the Calif property, I have none in Tx.

Now one of my renter's is moving. My question is: If I have to travel back to Calif to clean, run an add, sign off with a new renter or whatever, what -if any- of this can be used as a business expense on my taxes? And would the rent be considered California income, or is it all business income?

I appreciate the serious answers.

Ok so im dating this guy but he lies so much about what he does with me. And im gettin tired of it...and so is everyone else. I read that for overweight people walking is better than jogging because of less sideeffects. They say that in the long run, jogging can cause damage to joints. I am an overweight person (82Kg/166cm/30years) and I have jogged for a few months without any joint problems. Now I want to know if it would be better to stop jogging. Walking is not for me..I find that boring and prefer jogging. What would you suggest? If you are experienced please share it.

There seems to be a lot of people who think it's just transferring energy from cars to the grid. If it was a 1 to 1 correllation, why not just use gas generators instead of the grid? See how silly? Plus think of all the stuff made overseas that we wouldn't have to buy to maintain them, and the net energy gain therein. Yes, there are problems - it still costs energy to make electric cars, and battery tech is still not as environmentally friendly as we want... Still not enough reason not to try IMO, prove me wrong.
