Time would stop for you if you where going the speed of light (even though it is impossible), because light is a constant, which means no matter what speed you are going or where you are looking at it from, it will look exactly the same speed, so if you turned the headlights on while you where travelling the speed of light, you would see the light in front of you going at the speed of light, but for this to happen, time would stand still for you inside the vehicle, but if someone was able to observe you outside the vehicle, they would not see the light, as time is going normally for them. Another funny thing is that if somehow you managed to go faster than light and then turned your headlights on, you would still be able to see the light that was coming out of the headlights, and for this to happen, theoretically, you would be travelling back in time. It's very hard to grasp and explain, but you should finally understand it if you look at the subject, well that's if you don't understand it with this answer already, but I hope this helps.

I have given your question long thought and a great deal of deliberation!
After using a very difficult mathematical formula not known or understood by many people , I have come to the conclusion that the result would be that you will be travelling at the speed of light with your car lights on. Your car lights would also be travelling at the speed of light.
Hope this helps ??
Due to restrictions placed upon me by the official secrets act, I am not allowed to give you further information on this subject!!
Oh yes just as another point of interest I was once a passenger on the Concord air line from Bahrain to London, I noticed a fly on board and thought 'bloody hell that fly is doing 1000 mph.'

Were you watching Stephen Wright?
I think it's pretty academic really. Your skin would melt off before you had a chance to press the button. But say you could survive that speed, if you did put your headlights on the light they released would move at exactly the same speed as your car so the oncoming traffic would not see them until you had driven through their windscreen.
