As a renewable resource, the continued extration of ground water continues to deplete Natural supply. The recycling of this spent water, to be recharged back into the ground, is not only inefficient, but, a questionable practice. it has been done as a conventional method, the path of least resistance, dilution. Your Point is well taken, but a point that leads right back to its very existance, how many times before the recharged ratio offsets the conventional theory of dilution. Recycled water is not of a quality which is humanly safe with extended consumption. However, it is safe and sound for other applications.

Its easy to say that the water is renewable .
In the first place a lot is wasted into the rivers and seas ,no where near enough is harvested to keep up with population growth.

And the biggest quantities we got ,which is the worlds ice (75% of all the potable water ) is lost due to melt down into the seas

The only really pure quality water comes from high up in the mountains ,also diminished because of loss of mountain snow and glaziers (due to climate change)

The biggest waste of drinking water is people watering their lawn. Anyway, it is all water and all comes from the same place and gets dumped back into the same place eventually. The only difference is how it gets treated. So is it cheaper to make a bigger treatment plant to purify river water for all uses or to make a second set of pipes to use untreated or reclaimed water for purposes where it will do? It depends on the specific circumstance. Drinking water is renewable you know.

Water isn't the biggest issue, it quite is water retention interior the soil. Soil in many droughted international places quantities to little extra beneficial than sand and airborne dirt and dirt. It keeps little or no water and little or no food. i think of it can be a lot extra powerful if the extra prosperous countries of the international have been to take a foot of soil off each and every container and transport that to Africa and so on. yet human beings will say the fee could be too a lot. properly how a lot IS a human existence properly worth besides?????
