This guy and I have know each other for almost 10 years. I was 19 he was 31 and a family friend, so dating him was a NO. However, during that time he gave me signs - I think. He came to my defence when in a group of people I was getting teased he stood up and told them all to #$%*#( off and leave me alone - my knight! lol..I would catch him looking at me and then he'd look away..then many times he would go out of his way to come and say hi, he would remember things I said in detail weeks before and was just basically very nice to me. I totally didn't see this and continued to date for years -I'm told he hasn't dated much and wasn't happy when he would see me with someone else- Now I'm almost 30 and still find him sweet/attractive and he's single and I'm not "a kid" anymore and it wouldn't be so wrong....so do I make a move?

It just looked like tree residue and outdoor stuff. I didn't realize until about 10 minutes later that there were little worm looking things swimming in it. The doctor is closed and i'll call monday morning but does anyone have an opioion on it now.

My boyfriend and I just bought a condo; we co-borrowed on the mortgage. We'll be filing taxes separately. He's in a higher tax bracket, so it would make sense for him to take the entire mortgage interest deduction since he will get more back than I would. How do we make sure that can happen?

I have heard different things about what we should do. For example, I have heard that the paper trail for the mortgage payment should always be traceable back to him and him alone (e.g., the checks should come from an account that only has his name attached to it). I have also heard that we can take that route, but that I can actually pay the principal amount out of my funds so long as he pays the interest amount out of his funds. And I have heard that we don't have to go through any of this trouble; that as long we don't both try to take the entire interest deduction, it's fine however we split it.

Does anyone know for sure? Is there a source with a definitive answer?

Hi,
I aleardy have a Nikon camera with 4 mega pixel, 3x optical zoom. However, I cant get good picture in a concert or video recording. So I am looking for a high optical zoom camera like Song DSC 800. It comes in 8.1 mega pixel, 6x optical zoom, 12x digital zoom but its limitation is that it is using Sony lens rather than Carl Zeiss. Can anyone tell me is it good?
