You might want to check with an auto body shop and have them do it. They have the paint booth, plus since you are painting a cover, it is flexible and needs special additives to the paint to help the paint stay flexible so it won't crack when it is moved.

At least take it and get an estimate on a professional job.

For extra $ you can go to any auto body store with the paint code and get the paint in a spray. Most repair manuals have a section for body repair.
If it's new bumper, you Will need to send it and prime it if it's not primed yet. If it's already primed, you should send it using 600 grit send paper before you spray it. When spraying, do not insist in one spot. Make sure that there is no dust on the floor or on the bumper itself. If the floor is dirty get it wet. Also, there spray that you can find at wal-mart that helps the paint to stick to the plastic surface that you can use as most likely your paint will peel. It shouldn't be humid or cold when painting...80 degrees is ok!
Good luck!

If it's not on the car yet, it's extremely easy. Mainly because you don't have to worry about oversrpay. You could buy cans of auto paint for about $4 each and have it done in no time. I know there is one brand of auto paint that makes colors amazingly close to the original, I just can't think of the name right now.
