and say a month or two later my credit is good , middle score over 620......then can i refinance my loan to a prime loan ?

(i was just about to apply for a home loan as i have good credit due to authorised user tradelines, since this will change on sept 1 i wanted to get my loan before that. this morning i notice an incorrect entry on my credit report ($650). i will fight it but it will take 30 to 45 days.......too late for me because as soon as sept 1 hits... the au lines will not be considered and my middle score will crash )

I have never had a problem donating blod before, but today when I went to donate blood my blood pressure was 148/?? and my pulse was 112. I just had a physical on Thursday and my blood pressure was 122/72 and my pulse was 72.

The nurse at the blood bank had me rest for 15 min and my pulse was still 112. Why in the world would my pulse be so high?? I really can't think of anythying I'd be stressed about today and not on Thursday.

It means Kill New York City, folks. A principal at a New York City school, aimed at Muslim Children, sold these t-shirts. She resigned, thank God, because a lot of Americans got PO'd. Liberals appear to think having these kind of people living in America is just dandy! What say you? Is it just Dandy to allow someone to use the 9/11 attack on NYC, and America as a propaganda tactic towards children to make them believe killing Americans is spot on!????

Im am madly in love with this guy and have been for many many yrs.But now is not the right time to be together.School and distance keeps that from happening right now.My question is this.The whole me and him thing stresses me out.I wonder if im wasting my time,he still talks to his ex's and not just ex girlfriends but ex lovers..and plays games with them to make them think hes going to be with them..he claims he likes to make them out to be a fool but hes 29,shouldnt the games be over!I told him he sounds like and asshole,who wants attention.lol.He claims he wants to be with me and no one else,but he does not know the future and wants to try and make it work when he gets out of school but he don't know where hes going to be..he maybe out of state for 3yrs but if hes around me he would like to make it work.Am i dumb?Do I not see whats infront of me?My point is this.this..........

Why do most ppl think that "goodness" on some level will gain them entrance into heaven?

No one in heaven will be there because they have been good, but because they ARENT , and are relying on the goodness of the ONE who died for them. Those are the ONLY ONES going to heaven , according to the Bible.

Hello, everyone. I am a 25 yr old single male who has struggled with sexual urges since about 15. At first, I thought it was all normal teenage thing and would go away as I enter my 20s. I felt it wouldn't cause much problems at all.
But to my surprise, I am still struggling mightily against the temptation. I don't know why but the sexual urge feels as tempting as wanting to eat food, sleep, or drink water. I have VERY VERY hard time lasting 2 weeks without at least relieving myself through masturbation.
I am still single and a virgin as well. So far, I have been using masturbation as a crutch to relieve my tensions but on some days, I find myself masturbating 3 times a day. Needless to say, I feel very humiliated, angry at myself on those days.
Can anyone help me on some tips to resist the sexual urges or at least control my sexual urges? The urge really feels as strong as wanting to eat food, drink water, and sleep.

both of my parents declared bankruptcy less than 5 years ago, so they can't cosign. my scholarships do not cover all of my tuition this semester, and i do not have enough credit built up of my own to get a loan without a cosigner - well for the all the loans ive applied for.. ive applied to astrive and wells fargo. i'd need a 12,000 dollar loan and i would be more than hppy to pay a high interest rate- as long as i could go to college this semester
