mood swings? I thought of putting in a teeter totter, but the children already have enough ups and downs. The slide is a possibility, but I am afraid of setting a downward trend. Any suggestions?

How about Monkey Bars, or would you rather not teach them to monkey around and go in bars?
The slide would give them highs and lows alright.. could you do a pool , or would they get in too deep?

Good luck with your project, I think you're on the right track and going forward....

Aha, haha....Just let them into the playground of your mind, and the kids will feel so understood, they'll have the grandest of happy delusions, regardless of the equipment.

I would avoid a merry go round, as some probably already talk in circles.

I think a merry go round would be a constant run around so, I think you should stick to sand boxes.

Make sure you have a Ritalin and Prozac pumping through the water fountain in there, too.

Yeah, they can have fun on a merry-go-round, because their ailments are dizzying.
