sure, you just have to drill new holes for the sliders to fit.

I've done it the other way around and put Ford seats in a new Dodge. Stupid company got me a Dodge with cheap vinyl seats with no arms, and I had two good Ford passenger side captains chairs that had never been sat in from old vans.
The main thing you have to be careful about is the seat belt anchor points. Those things have to be able to hold over a ton of force if you hit something.

I have one, but it is not my daily driver. I also own a short-bed Ford PU, a Cherokee, an Infinity G35, and a New Holland tractor. The duelly is farm and materials use only and is used less then a 1000 miles a year. I may have a lot of vehicles, but I know my land swaps out my "carbon credits" a lot closer to even then Al Gore and his colossal hypocrisy. And I have been doing it since the 70's. Long before the latest fad to save the Earth.

It is possible to use seats from another make or model of truck...you may need to buy aftermarket brackets or modify the mounting brackets of the seats you choose to match the mounting points on you truck.

Better yet...there is a wide variety of available new aftermarket seats with all levels of materials from cloth to leather that are reasonably priced which are already scienced out with the appropriate mounting kits for you truck.

Yeah, most of the time, all you need to do is drill some new bolt holes. Sometimes you might have to add a shim or two, or even do a little welding to make it fit right.
