have you had any personal growth fromm this whole Y! answers thing?
I have had a bit. I was down right bigoted towards alot of religous folks but have really come to find more commonalities at the core than differences. In fact most of the differences I have found between all the different groups have turned out to be pretty superficial when looked at from an outside perspective. Not to say that some folks dont piss me off to no end nor that I dont have my trolly fussy daze but... well thx folks I appreciate your help in making me the Jamus I would rather be.

i have a laptop which is able to find wireless internet connections but i dont know where they ae so i cant ask the person if i am able to use there wireless internet connection also it is password protected. So is there a way i can access there internet connection without a password ?. If so can someone tell me how please?

I just bought the book "Choices in Relationships" for a class i have to take. The required text is the 9th edition for over $100, i purchased the 8th edition for under $10, is there that much difference in the actual text between the two editions, or are they relitively the same?

like when there is a space flight or something and you see the actors all floating around? I know that one way to do this is to get into really high altitude and then let the plane free fall for a while but that wouldnt get you much time to film. are there any other ways?

In Arkansas, I would like to admend an act from 2005. Specifically, it placed a moratorium on all new Residential Care Facilities. I would like to amend it to read that the moratorium is only for Residential Care Facilities with greater than 16 residents.

I am trying to get cast on a reality show.

In order to audition for the show you can either send in an audtion tape or you may attend an open casting call.

The closest city to mine with a casting call scheduled is approximately 400 miles away, and although I don't mind traveling that, I was curious as to which way of auditioning would be more effective.

Would I have better luck with an audition tape (5 min) or a casting call?

I'm trying to learn about these subjects by myself. I want to learn:

Introduction to assembly language programming and machine language set design. Computer organization: logical modules; CPU, memory and I/O units. Instruction cycles, the datapath and control unit. Hardwiring and microprogramming. The memory subsystem and timing. I/O interface, interrupts, programmed I/O and DMA. Introduction to pipelining and memory hierarchies. Fundamentals of computer networks.

Do you know of any good books, references, or websites that will help me get a grasp on computer architecture & organization?

First, I had two phone interviews with this company initially. On Tuesday, they flew me 570 miles for a face to face interview. I met with seven different people. I feel the CFO is the decision maker and he really liked me. He made a few comments such as, "would you consider a different position with us in addition to the one you applied for," "you had some really good questions," and "what date are you available?"

He also said he liked my education background (I am a CPA, blah, blah, blah). He said a decision would be made in one to three days. Today is day three and is the Friday before the weekend.

What do you think my chances are for a job offer? I met with others as well, but couldn't read them as closely. I met the two people I would be working with and felt like I really hit it off with them as well.

I have 3 bolts securing the railing that are bolted into the cedar stair stringer. problem is 3 of the bolts aren't in the holes that well. when I go to tighten them they just keep turning but don't go anywhere. Is there a quick fix I can do to make the bolts bite into the wood or secure them better? epoxy?
