have you had any personal growth fromm this whole Y! answers thing?
I have had a bit. I was down right bigoted towards alot of religous folks but have really come to find more commonalities at the core than differences. In fact most of the differences I have found between all the different groups have turned out to be pretty superficial when looked at from an outside perspective. Not to say that some folks dont piss me off to no end nor that I dont have my trolly fussy daze but... well thx folks I appreciate your help in making me the Jamus I would rather be.
What about you?

Personal growth? Sure, inasmuch as any purposeful communication results in some sort of personal growth . .
I've learned about Atheistic reasoning and Kirk Cameron (poor guy).
I have found that there are a LOT of religious fundamentals and patriotic extremists who are very frightened of anything outside Jesus/USA, and lash out with pre-packaged nonsense without reading or thinking when presented with uncomfortable or alien information. It can be frustrating.
But it's also great fun just to read around. It's worth it.

I've learned a few things myself and have had a change of heart in other areas also. Would have thought this could be such a learning experience?

Wonderful news! Jesus is softening your heart. He searched your heart and found that love is there. Jesus did that to Paul and Paul became a great follower of Jesus. Jesus chooses people that have that special kindness in them because He reads people's hearts. Remember, God works in mysterious ways!
May the grace of God be with you.
