Hi, Weak WiFi signal actually means you have a "weak" "signal" " nothing at all to do with people sharing a line. It just means exactly what it says you have a weak signal. like when watching tv if your aerial is in the wrong position you get a weak signal. So you aren't connecting to the router at it's maximum speed. If it's very weak and you are down to say a 1Meg connection to your router then anything that you do can only go at the speed you connect to your router as an experiment, plug in via a network cable... if it goes quicker then it's down to your wireless connection and you need to either get your wireless router out of the cupboard, sit closer to it or get another wireless router piggy backed from the first one closer to your position.

The network you are trying to connect to has security set up. You cannot access the network (or the Internet for that matter) unless you know the password to get on. Talk to whoever's network it is and ask them for the password. If they don't want you on, they will not give it to you.

There is a way, but the the fact that your asking how is evident that it's beyond your comprehension of wifi. It's pretty complicated for a noob. Get a job and get your own wifi.

These are encrypted, you need an encryption key to use them,. Even if they weren't, you would be breaking the law to use them without the owner's consent and risking a possible jail sentence.
