If I do 10,000 crunches each day and run 3 miles each day. also walk 5 miles each day. I weight 140 pounds and am 5'4". How much weight would I lose if I did this for 9 days? I would have 120 calories for lunch and breakfast total with 2 grams of fat and 28 grams of fiber. What I'm having is filling and low calorie. Not sure what I'll have for dinner, but it will be hardly any breads and lots of fruits and veggies and some meat sometimes i guess. but only stuff like low fat chicken. How much weight will I lose?? I'm in middle Ga. and it's hot as , well, you know....
My air never shuts off. It's set at 80.
I live in a modular home(fancy name for doublewide?)
that was built in 2002. This is our first summer in this home.
Our windows are tinted and covered with blinds and drapes and we don't fan the doors.
Looking for trouble shoot ideas before I have to pay somebody to come out here.

It has the clips but never had to use them, usually if you pull the seatbelt back it locks automatically, this car wont do that? How do I use the clip?

10 gal tank.
1 guppy left. (4 died/disappeared 3 months ago, plan to get more when store have stock)

about 6 wks ago, we bought 2 chinese algae eaters, because there were too much algae build up... within 1 wk.. 1 disappeared. I turn the tank upside down, took out the gravels, checked the filter... nothing was found. Today... my second algae eater disappeared, too! what gives?!

Do guppies eat algae eaters? Aren't guppies non-aggressive?! How/why do fish disappear? It's not the first time in our tank!

Is there any reason why science and religion can't be blended together beautifully?
Science is based on fact. Everyday science is making new discoveries and coming up with in-depth ideas/theories about how everything works, where we came from, and where we are evolving physically as well as mentally.

But, science can't answer everything. At least not yet. There's still those pesky questions such as:
1. Is there an afterlife?
2. If so, what is it?
3. If not, well, is that it? What happens then?
4. Purpose of life?

Life without purpose almost seems pointless. Why do something without reason? I admit, most religions get carried away and try to control people, not to mention their incredible stories that they claim to be factual. But where would we be without a little guidance and self control?

So, why not let science continue their never-ending quest for the unknown, and let religion do what it was meant to do: Make us want to be better people and help each other out.

OK im just gonna come out and say it now. My life sucks. It always had my family doesnt accept me and every time I try to make a good friend i always and i mean always screw up lives. There is no way to count on how many times ive screwed up lives and im sick of it. Im sick of everything. I dont want suicide. They say life can get better and maybe it will so thats not what i want. So i cut. I have scars all over and I know i need to stop. I shoulda done this a long time ago but i didnt. If you come here and just tell me that im a stupid emo kid and just stop cutting you have no idea how hard it is. It feels so much better after you do it and i always have cravings to do it again and again and if i start i cant stop. Please help me i have to stop!!
