If I do 10,000 crunches each day and run 3 miles each day. also walk 5 miles each day. I weight 140 pounds and am 5'4". How much weight would I lose if I did this for 9 days? I would have 120 calories for lunch and breakfast total with 2 grams of fat and 28 grams of fiber. What I'm having is filling and low calorie. Not sure what I'll have for dinner, but it will be hardly any breads and lots of fruits and veggies and some meat sometimes i guess. but only stuff like low fat chicken. How much weight will I lose?? Thanks SO much in advance!!

Its great that u wanna lose weight but that is dangerous that much working out on that little food. nine days also isnt alot of time to lose weight, odds are you would jsut end up dehydrating yourself and losing alot of water weight in that short of an amount of time. If you want to lose weight and are serious about it you should try to lose a pound or two a week and try for alifestyle change. Nine days just isnt enough time to lose weight. That being said when i was a wrestler i lost 12 pounds in a day by wearing sweatpants sweatshirts layers on top of eachother and running a long as i could i passed out 3 times before my wiegh in and i would not reccomend that to anyone since it does dmg to your heart and you will gain that wieght back the second u start drinking and eating again.

Weight Loss Facts:

Low Fat Foods DON'T WORK.

You cannot lose weight using Low Fat Diets. Low fat foods have been popular for more than 15 years, but yet our society is getting more overweight as each year passes. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to losing weight.

Low Calorie Diets DON'T WORK.

You won't lose weight using a Low Calorie Dieting Plan either. In fact, eating low calories is the worst thing that you can do to your body, since that will only slow down your body's fat burning engine and ruin all chances of losing weight (low calorie diets may allow a few pounds of weight loss for the first few days, but then after that all weight loss comes to a halt --- known as a dieting plateau). You can never get slim by starving yourself.

Low Carb Plans DON'T WORK.

You'll probably find it extremely difficult to get slim using a Low Carb Dieting Plan. Low carb diets have recently become popular over the last couple years, but the problem with low carb menus is that they are too strict and TOO HARD TO FOLLOW for average people. Low carb menus tend to rob your body of too much energy (carbohydrates) and make it nearly impossible to remain on the program for very long. This is why so many dieters find it difficult to follow a strict low carbohydrate menu.

What about Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig Dieting Plans?

Weight loss programs such as Weight Watchers (and Jenny Craig) usually involve slower dieting progress over a longer period of time, since such programs generally promise only 2-3 pounds of weight loss per week. Also, programs such as Jenny Craig usually involve buying special meals and/or dietary supplements during the initial phases of the program. While some people may like these types of dietary programs, we prefer a dieting plan which focuses on faster weight loss, such as the Accelerated Fat Burning Program shown below...

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

wow... have you even done 10,000 crunches because that sounds like A LOT! The most I've ever done was 300 and I'm in good shape. After 10,000, I'm guessing you'll probably snap in half... You should probably start slow and not that harsh so that your body could get used to it or you'll develop some health problems at the end of the nine days.

That's not healthy, but you will probably lose about 5-10lbs I'm going to guess. Then once you get down you will just gain it all back and more most likely. Also, if you CAN do 10,000 crunches a day, you are already in excellent shape, or you are doing them incorrectly. People on my volleyball team are half dead after just 200 crunches.

ugh you might get horrible back pain after 10,000 crunches..sorry to brake it to you but crunches dont really help you loose fat..they only tone..a little bit!
seriously the most crunches you should do is 300-500
from your workout the thing that is going to do the mosttttt is the 3 mile run..its great and dont stop.
btw i think your calories are too low, try eating nuts as a snack to quickly boost your calorie intake and to get some heart healthy fats.

to begin with, 10,000 crunches a day is definatly overdoing it. you would just destroy your muscles. Try a pilates video, they're low impact and are very effective, try doing those every other day.

as for your calories, research shows you should not go below 1000 calories a day, or your body will go into starvation mode. try going for around 1200-1500 a day, since your trying to loose weight. you want 2000 a day to maintain your weight.

as for how much you'll loose, it just depends on your body type and meatbolism.
