people have bin telling me that cycleing with a betta is a bad idea cause he doesnt preduce enough waist, can anyy oone tell me another kind of fish i can put in to help it cycle

Who told you that?????????
The only reason it's not a good idea to cycle with a betta is because he's not as hardy as a zebra danio as example

Agreed. You can cycle with any fish. It's not about how much waste is emited. It's about the hardiness of the fish, which bettas don't tend to be for cycling. Personally, I prefer the fishless cycle, but as you already have the fish, you will need to just pursue the regular fish cycling process. If you are very precise with following the process, your betta could very well survive.

no you can get a betta.but the best cycleing fish is a Zebra Danio.
