It does say that homosexuality is a sin...However it does not say it is any worse than any other sin.. Can you be a lesbian and be a Christian Heck YES you can...God made you who you are and if you truly love Him than well..that's it.. We are supposed to want to try and live as Christ commanded, so this is a tough call....but I know I sin everyday and I am straight and saved and I know that my sins and your sins whatever they may be are seen equally through God's eyes.
I personally believe there are many wonderful..actually I know there are many wonderful Gay Christians... So as long as you put Jesus first...be who you are...He loves ya, and I love ya and I think its great that you are part of the body of Christ.

You can be a lesbian and a Christian.
But if you are have a sexual relationship with your girlfriend, then you are living sin. Now, you are not alone in that...we are all sinners and fall short of the glory of God. But the thing you need to not do is try to justify your sin. None of us should do that.

As a christian it's not my place to judge you. If you believe that Jesus lived and died for you and your sins then you are, in the eyes of the Lord, saved. It doesn't matter what anybody else thinks. Who do you think God will think more hightly of someone who is in a same sex relationship, gives lip service to being religious (shows up for church on Easter and Christmas and begrudgingly tosses in a dollar) etc... or a person who loves another of the same sex, professes their faith and does good work in the name of Jesus?

Nope, it's not wrong at all. I know this will get people mad, but the Bible is a bit out-dated. Back then, people thought homo-sexuality was wrong, they also thought Burning Witches at the stake and having slaves was ok, but we aren't doing those things anymore are we? The Bible also said woman can't be teachers, and woman teach in almost every christian private school I know of.
I'm not saying the Bible was all wrong at all. It's a great, great book, and it should be a guideline for how you live your life, to an extent.
I'm done, that's just my opinion. Don't take it personally, because I'm not trying to tell you how to live your life.

No it is not. Your love for Jesus should in no way have any influence on your love for your girlfriend. You can have both. The most important thing is that you let no one tell you otherwise. Be proud of who you are and don't care what others say.If you truly believe in god then you believe that he created you to be the person you are. Rejoice in that.

Heb 13:4 "Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral."
Furthermore Jesus said concerning marriage "at the beginning of creation God ‘made them male and female.’" of which he took as a precedent for marriage

I don't see why you can't be a lesbian christian. If God is real, I bet he has many more pressing matters than what you and your girlfriend do behind closed doors. I hope you find peace in love and faith.

If god exists I like to think that he knows whats in our heart. He will not judge us on petty things, but love us for the brilliant contradictions we are.
Enjoy your life.
People need to leave the judging up to god.

There are almost as many different interpretations of Christianity and there are worshippers. That's why there are so many different sects, each blindly believing they have the only correct interpretation. So simply find a sect that accepts that people are born with different sexual preferences and that there is nothing wrong with acting on your preferences.

Of course you can. I know of many homosexual Christians. All organize religions I know of are a belief system, not a sexuality.
