I am trying to find ways to limit my company's income tax debt by spending the profits as expenses before it is taxed. I came up with the idea that My company could purchase the property from myself with say another $100,000 tacked to the price. The mortgage every month would be paid with pretax dollars instead of my income which I derive from my company. As the owner of the company, I would still live in the house.

My boyfriend and I are having a problem, i just visited him in his office as we work in the same compound and while we are talking, he just said thank for visiting and we will speak later, i felt hes kicking me out and when i said that to him he said he didnt mean it this way, am i being sensitive here or its just not nice from his side saying that...appreciate your answers

I'm searching for an XTI teleconverter (2x) or mirror lens (at least 500mm) for at most $200.

There are quite a few on Amazon.com but all have faults. The mirror lenses I've found are ALL manual focus, I'm looking for one that has autofocus.

The teleconverters ALL have bad reviews except the Canon 2x which is $279 or somewhere around there. It has awesome reviews and if I had the extra money I'd be all on this.

Can anyone offer links/advice?

I don't want to know about global warmings effects on the world, because I know that adverse changes in climate effect people in a bad way because of their extremeness, and because people that are used to certain types of climates are more likely to react badly to sudden changes

But what does the body react better to? Do people in hot countries, like Thailand or places on the equator, live longer lives, or do people in cold countries with a lot of snow live longer lives?

I'm not that bad a person, but I don't believe in "God". Now, if the pope or a rabbi or a sheik took a cell sample from me, bound and gagged me, and poured petrol on me and set me on fire and then kicked me while I burned to death it would be generally considered an abomination. If he then took the cells from, and repeatedly created clones of me, and bound and burned each of them even psychopaths would shudded. If he then invented a time machine that whould allow him to repeat the process for ever and ever, well I don't know but the thought makes me sad. Even if I had commited the worst crime imaginable, surely I would deserve better than being burned just once - or atleast YOUR humanity would demand that? So what are we to make of "God"? How is hell justified?

there has been a guy posting all kinds of racial crap on here about bonds and aaron, why is this a racial thing. if bonds was white people would feel the same way. cheating is cheating. i know a lot of black people who dont like bonds because of it. my question is - is this really a race issue?
