There is no possible way
Google is the top rated #1 Search Engine in the world, not the US not Europe in the entire world.
So I am not sure what you base your assumption on, but my quess is it is a very narrow critera.
Not to be argumenitive here but you are dead wrong.
To date Google is #1 and Yahoo is #2
