I am to work as a contract employee at a company. They will pay to my own company and I have to take care of my taxes.

My company is an LLC, the only person in it is me, and I am not sure if in this case a "Contract Employee" the same as an "Independent Contractor".

We will sign an agreement of my dutties to his company and will be paying me by job done.

What would be the difference?

So i think we have finally decided on a first name but we still need help with the middle.

I live in a apt complex. A new tenant moved in about 2 months ago. He likes to play his stereo LOUD. He's already recieved to notices from the manager. One more and he's out. I've tried to speak with him. 2 other people have tried to talk to him as well. I think he's doing it on purpose now just to piss me off. I've been told to call the police. But I'm afraid he's the type that might take revenge. I'm a single woman and going crazy here. I can't sleep well because of all of the noise. Any other suggestions?

I got my AS in Business and I'm thinking about going on for my BA in Communications but then theres Psychology and then there Criminal Justice....I'm so confused...

What the... This past week, Seattle and Detroit have been screwing around, managing to stay within 1.5 games of eachother in the wild card amidst both of them skidding. My fish is dying. You might think that it's just a fish and I can just get another one, but I've really gotten attached to this fish. I've had it for many years and it's really big and beautiful. I feel like a horrible owner that I can't cure her. She had been living a healthy life, but one day I decided to feed her commecial pellets and she got constipated and got internal infections.

I'm really depressed...am I exaggerating?

i have a problem, the dash lights to read speed oil pressure, battery, engine temp, dont come on, but all of the warnings and stuff do upon starting as they should and flash off ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,heres the catch , all of the lights come on only if i turn my high beams on and still they only stay on for a half second, oh yeah and when my high beams get turnd on my time on my radio goes off PLEASE HELP

i just installed 1/2" greenboard around my tub. i screwed it 1/4" above the tub lip which is about 1". so there is a total gap of 1 1/4" from the top of the tub. i'm installing 2"x2" mosaic tiles. what do i do with the gap around it which is 1 1/4" high plus the thickness of the greenboard and mastic? do i need to put something behind the tile to fill in the gap? thanks!

I did what they asked and checked it twice.
I turned off my comp and powered everything on in this order:
dsl modem, router, PC, and it still doesnt work. I put the setup wizard CD in and at the end of the setup it said...Unable to connect to router, make sure the adapter is plugged in and the adapter works properly.

All the right lights come on and everything, but its not working!!
PLEASE HELP!!!
