Jesus said this:

"If he called them gods, to whom the word of God came (and the Scripture cannot be broken),
do you say of Him, whom the Father sanctified and sent into the world, 'You are blaspheming,' because I said, 'I am the Son of God'? "
John 10:35-36

when put under oath, He said:

"But He kept silent and did not answer Again the high priest was questioning Him, and saying to Him, "Are You the Christ, the Son of the Blessed One?"

And Jesus said, "I am; and you shall see THE SON OF MAN SITTING AT THE RIGHT HAND OF POWER, and COMING WITH THE CLOUDS OF HEAVEN." "
Mark 14:61-62

The "Blessed One" could only be a reference to God, as spoken by the high priest.

Jesus applied the name of God, "I AM" (Cf. Exodus 3:14), to Himself in several passages. Here's a few examples: Matthew 14:27, Mark 6:50, Mark 13:6, Luke 21:8, John 4:26, John 6:20, John 8:24, 28, 58, and John 13:19. (Some translations will show the Greek for "I AM" to be translated in the English "It is I," or "I am He," and doesn't accurately reflect was was really being said.) There are several others I have not listed.

Mt 28:19 where Christ tells to go forth to all nations baptizing in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
another favorite is when a priest ends mass and quotes 2 Cor 13:14 The Grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the Love of God and the communion/fellowship of the Holy Ghost be with yo all. 1 John 5:7, "For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one." Genises, God said, let US make man in OUR image, etc. etc. God is a trinity. And Jesus said, "I and the Father are one" and "If you have seen me, you have seen the Father." And when Thomas saw him after the Resurrection, he said, "My Lord and my God."
Now lets take old to new….
OT – the grass withers, the flowers fade but the word of our God lasts forever (Is 40:8)
Jesus – heaven & earth will pass away but MY words will never pass away. MK 12”31
OT – remember to keep the Sabbath day Holy…. The seventh day is the Sabbath of the lord, your God (Ex 20:8-9)
Jesus – The Son of Man is Lord even of the Sabbath. Mk 2:28
Then you can continue comparing with Ex 20:12 to Mt 10:37 –where Jesus places Himself above the most basic human relationship we have on earth. Then Ex 20:13 & Mt 5:21-22 and even Ex 20:14 compared to Mt 5:27-28.

Mt 3:16-17
Mk 1:10-11
Jn 14:17
1Co 12:4-6, 15:28
2Co 3:17, 4:4, 13:14
1Th 1:1
2Th 2:13
Heb 1:2-3
1Pe 1:2

Jesus couldn't have been much clearer than this :

"If you really knew me, you would know my Father as well. From now on, you DO know him and have SEEN him."

Philip said, "Lord, show us the Father and that will be enough for us."

Jesus answered: "Don't you know me, Philip, even after I have been among you such a long time? Anyone who has seen ME has SEEN the FATHER. How can you say, 'Show us the Father'?" -John 14:7-9

----------
Jesus accepted worship. Remember from the OT, God is a jealous God when it comes to worship. Who is worthy to be worshiped but God alone?:

"So the women hurried away from the tomb, afraid yet filled with joy, and ran to tell his disciples. Suddenly Jesus met them. 'Greetings,' he said. They came to him, clasped his feet and WORSHIPED him." -Matthew 28:8-9

----------
Think about it. A mere man could not have atoned for the sins of the whole world. Jesus is God incarnate - the only one qualified to make such a perfect and holy sacrifice on our behalf. Also, why do you suppose the Jewish religious authorities were so eager to stone Him? They understood His claims. Why can't we?

"When Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, 'Son, your sins are forgiven.'

Now some teachers of the law were sitting there, thinking to themselves, 'Why does this fellow talk like that? He's blaspheming! Who can forgive sins but God alone?'" -Mark 2:5-7

"Jesus said to them, 'I have shown you many great miracles from the Father. For which of these do you stone me?'

'We are not stoning you for any of these,' replied the Jews, 'but for blasphemy, because you, a mere man, claim to be God.'" -John 10:32-33

"'I tell you the truth,' Jesus answered, 'before Abraham was born, I AM!' <--At this (see Exodus 3:14), they picked up stones to stone him." -John 8:58-59

The Lord Jesus did not go about proclaiming and pushing in people's faces that He is the Son of God. Infact while He was a man on the earth He much rather be addressed as " the Son of Man" ...He became a man.. putting aside His glory as God to put on the likeness of the flesh of sin in order to redeem mankind back to God.
Even the demon possessed ones would not confess that Jesus was the Son of Man, but always addressed Him as " the Son of God" denoting Christ's divinity. No demon will confess that Christ came in the flesh.
The Lord did not say " I am the Son of God" BUT the Father declared that He is the Son of God through three things.
The BLood.. the Water.. and the Spirit as seen in the epistles and gospels of John
When the Lord Jesus was baptised the Spirit descended as a Dove and a voice from heaven attested" This is My Son the Beloved" This is the Testimony of " Water"
The testimony of the Blood was during the Lord's crucifixion when His blood was shed for us.. there was an earthquake and the day turned to darkness.. the Centurian declared" Surely This was the Son of God"
Inwardly there is the witnessing of the SPirit that Jesus is the Son of God to us. The Spirit even witnesses with our spirits that we too are sons of God.

This was no easy thing for the mere son of a carpenter to declare that He is God's Son... all knew him to be Joseph's and Mary's firstborn.. So God the Father had these three Testimonies .. The Water, Blood and Spirit to testify regarding Jesus Christ's status as " the Son of God"

The 4 gospels speak of the life and times of Christ
matthew portrays Him as King..The Son of Man
Mark portrays Him as our Slave Savior.. The Son of Man
Luke Portrays Him as our Man Savior.. A genuine Man
But John.. Portrays Him as God.. the Word of God .. He Who was from the Beginning ...

Jesus is GOD the Son and The Son of GOD. He sits at the right hand of God the Father.

Simon Peter answered, "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God. And Jesus said to him, "Blessed are you, Simon Barjona, because flesh and blood did not reveal this to you, but My Father who is in heaven." Matthew 16:16-17

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word WAS God." John 1:1

"And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth." John 1:14

Jesus said, "I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end." Rev. 22:13

Jesus is the eternal word (Son) of God made flesh. Jesus is God the Son-incarnate. God bless.

In last supper, when drinking wine, Jesus says this is the blood of the new alliance, this statement means divinity at the table, older divinities are in order and cause is no longer a blemish for birth. His mortal flesh is demanded yet more attention into forgiveness, so witnessing this is better than proof of his being a god. In bible it is not written there is one god alone, there is the general idea some others are around perhaps assisting or humoring these new animals they saw fit enough to live with.

And God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM.” And He said, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, ‘I AM has sent me to you.’” Ex. 3:14

Jesus said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM.” John 8:58

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. John 1:1

And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. John 1:14

For there are three that bear witness in heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one. 1 John 5:7

John 8: 14-18
Jesus replied, "You're right that you only have my word. But you can depend on it being true. I know where I've come from and where I go next. You don't know where I'm from or where I'm headed. You decide according to what you can see and touch. I don't make judgments like that. But even if I did, my judgment would be true because I wouldn't make it out of the narrowness of my experience but in the largeness of the One who sent me, the Father. That fulfills the conditions set down in God's Law: that you can count on the testimony of two witnesses. And that is what you have: You have my word and you have the word of the Father who sent me."

They said, "Where is this so-called Father of yours?"

Jesus said, "You're looking right at me and you don't see me. How do you expect to see the Father? If you knew me, you would at the same time know the Father."

Jesus as well as the Holy Spirit point to God. Not to themselves. Jesus did not say He was the Son of God, His Father did. Even the Old Testament told us Jesus was the Son of God .
