I am to work as a contract employee at a company. They will pay to my own company and I have to take care of my taxes.

My company is an LLC, the only person in it is me, and I am not sure if in this case a "Contract Employee" the same as an "Independent Contractor".

We will sign an agreement of my dutties to his company and will be paying me by job done.

What would be the difference?

I was reading the info. about the Barrett v. Rosenthal case and here is a hypothetical situation.
1. Person a sends a libelous e-mail to person b.
2. Person b takes the libelous e-mail, with permission from person a, and posts it onto a non-interactive website (NOT a blog, NOT a chat room)
Who is legally responsible for libeling person c (person c is the one discussed in the libelous e-mails that were created by person a and posted onto the internet in a non-chat, non-forum, non-blogging website by person b)?
Thanks for your speculation!
P.S.--The key word here is "e-mail" Keep that in mind because that's where the libel started and was then posted on a NONINTERACTIVE website. I would prefer an attorney answer this question. Thanks!!!!!!

I am scheduled for a colonoscopy tomorrow and have been preparing all day. I have had 3 oz. of phospho-soda and 2 laxatives. Now I think I have developed a hemmoroid. Is this common and how does it go away. Will it affect the colonoscopy? I will discuss it with my doctor tomorrow but in the meantime wonder if anyone else has experienced the same thing?

I have a 2000 Ford Focus and my brakes were going bad.. so everything was replaced by a professional mechanic. New brake shoes, pads, rotors, calibers, master cylinder, and brake booster. Now I have no petal, when I press down on the brake it goes right down to the floor and gives no resistance at all. The car does not stop. The mechanic doesn't know what is wrong with it and cannot fix it. I'm looking at forking over MORE money to have it looked at by someone else and I have already gone into considerable debt just on the work that I've had done. If anyone can offer any answers, or suggestions about what may be wrong, it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I really would like to be the person that goes to a crime scene, takes down evidence, then tries to find the murderer. But I don't want to work on just that one crime my whole life. I was thinking it was a criminal investigator, but that seems to be a police officer. Also, what majors does this job need???

Matthew 5:13 says, "Ye are the salt of the eart: but if the salt have lost his savor, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men."

Lets see what salt is used for,

1) Flavoring, we are to bring flavor to the world with Christ. For in Christ we not only live life, we live it to the fullest.

2) Preservation, we are to preserve the message of the Gospel, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone that believes.

3) It melts coldness, we as believers are to melt the coldness of the world, and the unbelievers heart, with the love of the Father.

So are you salty enough? Also can you think of anything else that salt is used for? Thank you all and God Bless.
