What are some good ways to help get rid of his dry skin? I know it's normal but any advice?

I have an audition for Fiddler on the Roof next week. I'm 28 and a female with blonde hair, hazel eyes, 5'5 and medium built. I want the role of fruma sarah. The director doesn't like me and after being cast in one of her shows, she refuses to cast me i any others. I was told she hinks i make other actors uncomfortable. I don't mean to, but i have bipolar disorder so maybe that's it. How can i let her see past her judgments and give me a part this time?

Hi everyone,does anyone know how long it takes for your hcg levels to come back to normal after a d&c? It's been 4 weeks since i had one,i think im pregnant again and i want to take a test but i don't want a false reading.

Orthodox members of the Israeli parliament have now drafted a bill to amend an existing law that regulates behaviour at holy places, to include a PRISON SENTENCE for women wearing a prayer shawl or reading ALOUD from the Torah near the Wailing Wall.

They originally proposed a 7 YEAR jail sentence, but this has now been changed to 3 YEARS.

In their campaign to pray aloud at the wall the women say they are rejecting only convention because there is no prohibition in Jewish law.

"Some of the Orthodox men spat on us, beat us, threw rocks," said Ms Cidor, who was born into an Orthodox Jewish family but has since moved to the reformist wing of her faith.

"Many many women we meet there hush us when we start to pray out loud, because they believe it is forbidden by religious law. When we said the men couldn't hear us from their part of the wall, one of the rabbis answered: 'The wall hears you and it is offended'."

Last April the supreme court reaffirmed the women's right to pray aloud at the wall, but said that because it upset the Orthodox community they should not be allowed to do so in front of the Wailing Wall. Instead, the court told the government to prepare a separate place for the women next to an archaeological site, away from the main wall.

"The court has rewarded the bullies," said Ms Cidor. "They are offering us a place to pray in an archaeological site where rocks from the destruction of the temple by the Romans have been in place for 2,000 years. We want to be a part of the larger public. Why should we be hidden?"

"Women of the Wall is considered a very very radical group because we say we don't need men to represent us before God and I can think of a lot of men who don't like that idea," said Ms Cidor. "We are a very serious threat to them and they understand it."

ok. say this happens.

2 teams in the same division finish w/ the same record, lets say 90-72. then, a nother third team from a different division(same league) finishes w/ that very same record. so, there r 3 teams w/ a record of 90-72, 2 teams in a 1st place tie in 1 division, a nother team in a nother division. IMPORTANT: the third team is NOT in 1st place in their division.

say now that these 3 teams r in a 3-way tie 4 the wild card. what happens?

does the 3rd team win the wild card & the other 2 teams tied 4 first just play a series 2 decide who advances? or do the teams tied 4 1st place just go, & whoevr has the better divisional record gets 1st, the wild card goes 2 the other? or sumthing else happens?

You know the questions on some job applications that ask gender and race? They also ask questions about weather you or anyone in your household has received government assistance. Do these effect my chances of getting hired? I know they say these are voluntary, but I am uncertain if not answering effects my chances of getting the job. What is your opinion? I've been going on dates with this friend of mine for the last three months or so and he finally asked me to be his girlfriend. I said that I would really love to say yes but I'm having issues at the moment that I need to sort through. He told me he would give me a couple weeks to think it over then if I want he would be there. My issue is that I'm having trouble trusting him. He's given me no reason not to, but I am apparently still affected by my ex (he cheated on me and broke the whole trust thing inside me) what do I do to get over this?! HELP!!

My landlord lives in the same building as us. The past few summers I have caught him shooting at the geese and ducks that roam our yard (we have a semi-large pond in the back). Last year he killed one, and he just killed another one.

I've called the police on him, several times...(anonymously, as to not start a feud.) He told me once, that he thinks it's the neighbor (backyard, across the street) that calls the cops on him...AND he told me that the COP told him to do it inside his house with the sliding door cracked open, so no one would see him!

SO, obviously the cops aren't doing anything. I wanted to take a picture of the dead goose to have proof, but he disposed of it too quickly, and before I knew it, it was gone.

What else can I do!??!?!?!

i am willing to travel if necassary. i would prefer not to..but....i have dreaded my hair myself several times only to cut it off a year down the road because it did not turn out as i anticipated. i want fatty purrrty uniform dreads. if anyone knows of a good place to go(besides knotty boy..i cant go to canada) please please please let me know!

I work in the admin department at a small company in Seattle. I am coming up to my 3-month review and have heard all praises so far, plus I was told that they were seriously considering promoting me (likely in an admin/tech management position). So all is pretty good in terms of my placement here.

When I was hired, my offer letter gave me a starting rate at $33k, plus a $2k raise at my 3-month. The big thing that made me accept this position was the Tuition Reimbursement Program, which is also in the offer letter.

Today, one of my managers came to me and said that the VP just decided that the Tuition Reimbursement Program should be for employees that have been with the company for a minimum of 2 years.

My tuition+books would be around $30k per year. Since I can't really afford to pay for it myself, it was a major attraction getting me to come to this company.

How should I approach this in terms of my upcoming review and the potential negotiations on the promotion?

I am 15 years old and am now pregnant. It just happened and now i don't know what to do. My parents think that I should leave so I don't set a bad example on my two younger sisters, but my 2 older sisters got pregnant when they were 15 and 16 years old and they got to stay. Why are they kicking me out? My boyfriend told me that he and his family are moving away so he can't stay and help. I feel so stupid to believe that he loved me. His name was Ryan and he was 17. I don't know what to do now. I went to the doctors and he told me that my something levels where high so there are chances that there might be twins or even triplets. My paretns told that was normal because my mom is a triplet and my dad is a twin, and my 2 older and younger sisters are twins. But I now don't know what to do. I know that I want to raise this child or children, but I don't know where to start. No one wants to talk to me, so I have no one to talk to. Ever time I wash my towels, they have an unusual smell to them. It isn't exactly mildew but more like a burnt or electrical smell. I can buy new towels and after awhile it does the same thing. The only towels that don't do this is our beach towels.
I don't leave them sit in the washer, they are put into the dryer right away and then they are taken out as soon as they are dry. I thought maybe I was drying them to long, so I shorten the dry time and still the same thing!!! Does anyone know why this is happening and if so, Please let me know!!!
